Useless if you're Autistic.
Referred to these through my therapist, as I want to get back into work after being away for a year.
Started off well, when I eventually got an appointment. The person I seen, seemed really understanding about my disability and felt I was heard. Appointment made for 2 weeks ahead, everything was going great.
I then got a message a few weeks later, saying she had fell off the face of the Earth and I was just passed around like a commodity for months, dealing with nothing but the same ignorance and ableism I've dealt with with 37 years.
Today I just gave up with them, shame as I started off with such high spirits to be let down yet again, by people claiming they want to help.
I imagine as im not sent from the job centre, I wasn't worth the hassle.

The understanding of the situation of each individual is brilliant,I was made to feel like there is help out there, fantastic service, thank you. Only slight criticism is the commuincation between the people dealing with the health side of things and the people dealing with the employment side, very minor criticism, but was confusing at the time been pulled in 2 different directions.

It took 2 months to get a response for a refund for the tfl they promised but i didnt even ask for. And is still havent recieved the refund of £171.
