Europeans Avoid

Don’t be fooled by their "European" branding. They claim local fulfillment, but forced me to return an item to Australia at my own expense. It’s an environmental disaster for a "sustainable" brand and a total scam for Irish/EU customers. "Hassle-free" returns are a myth here.

Perfect experience

The print and frame are beautiful and arrived in perfect condition. I had a query about my order as thought I had ordered incorrectly- it was answered almost immediately!
Arrived a week earlier than expected and I’m in Perth where shipping is often very slow from over east.
Will use again for sure

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. Placed my order on 13th Feb, totalling over 600AUD. Still haven't received my prints, inka are unresponsive and overall not helpful. I'm now requesting a refund, still nothing back from them.
Disaster, steer well clear

I found it almost impossible to choose…

I found it almost impossible to choose between so many beautiful pieces Inkaahousr.com had to offer . I made my decision as soon as I saw the stunning vintage piece . The company framed the art and I couldn’t be more happy to recommend them after the fabulous service I received.

If I could give the a zero I would

If I could give the a zero I would. I received my print and I was unhappy with the quality of the print plus frame damage. Initially they were responsive and helpful, sending me a replacement item. Once received, the quality of the print was again poor. I requested a refund and they are giving me the most challenging time returning my item. Then state I have to pay for return shipping when clearly on their website it states they provide return label. Complete lies and disappoint all around with this company. Do not recommend purchasing from them!

The quality of the prints is excellent

The quality of the prints is excellent. They are just beautiful. There was an initial delay with my order but the owner went out of their way to make amends which was really very much appreciated. Great service and will definitely use them again.

I encountered a small issue with my first order, and I couldn’t be more impressed with how professionally and efficiently it was handled. The team was responsive, understanding, and genuinely committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Beautiful artwork - great customer service!!

We ordered many prints for our new house during the pre Christmas sales. They look fantastic!! All but one arrived on time. It was never too much trouble from any of the customer service staff that I dealt with. A very busy time for any retail business, so thank you for being so kind and professional.

Top customer service

Prints are quality and customer service is top. Sandy and Jen were incredibly kind and helpful arranging an exchange when I decided I wanted a set in a different size. Couldn't recommend enough.

I placed an order on 2 Jan 2026.i paid…

I placed an order on 2 Jan 2026.i paid for expedited shipping of 3-4 business days. When my order hadn’t arrived in that time I had to change the delivery address which was accepted by Sandy and Jen. The print was then sent to the original address which is a four hour drive away. Because the courier could not deliver it is now in the courier storage. I asked the Jen to arrange redeliver or a refund. As of today 13 Feb, I have no print and I am out of pocket for AUD200. I have dealt with three people and all by email as there is no phone listed and despite my request they have not taken the opportunity to call me. I would definitely NOT recommend and given my time over I would use another supplier. AVOID!!!

Cannot praise their customer service enough 🙌🏼

The waiting time for the delivery was longer than expected but I saw this as a good sign. It wasn’t a product that was pre-made and just waiting to be shipped upon payment. It was made for me!!!! When my set of 3 paintings arrived I was in love. The timber frames were beautiful, the painting was such good quality and I felt relieved knowing I was waiting for good quality. One of my artworks was unfortunately damaged. The glass had shattered even though it was bubble wrapped and in my opinion packaged safely. It was clearly a transit issue. I emailed at 6pm requesting how to resolve this, and received an email that was definitely NOT autogenerated at 11pm same day. I cannot praise this customer service enough. A replacement was shipped out to me, I didn’t have to do anything. Just wait a little while longer again. And to be fair, I waited half the time I did for the first package.

I am so in love with this art and will definitely be buying more to give my house more character. Thank you Jarrah for your amazing customer service and to your team for creating a set of artwork that I Love so much.
