I never received my order. This is the second time it happens, I'm not sure if this address is not fit because I thought I had included my unit number. Please let me know if I can be given a gift card or reimbursement.

Fast response and clear communication

So i sort out inkbox, having not the desired effect from temporary tattoos from another supplier.
They pointed out that my skin chemistry/life style may have effected the develop of these tattoos/the details of the tattoo itself, so i was hesitate to try this with inkbox.

Browsing through their vast collection, was easy and the choices, are good, if you wanted to combine and make a forearm sleeve.
Priming the skin and application was good, better with help. The adhesive tattoo applicator, is a interesting method of application, but it made sure the tattoo was firmly on the skin, and the right pressure was applied all over. 1hr for the skin to absorb tattoo with application sheet, and another 6hrs to let it set.
Within 24hrs the tattoo pattern was distinctive, and with good colour. Intricate and fine lines were defined and visible. I'm so very happy with how it turn out.

Final thoughts: Yes its slightly expensive, and delivery is slightly long. But you pay for what you get. Just make sure, if you want to be inked up, before an event/night out, do it 2 days before after work.
And yes, i will be buying from them again :)

I made some mistakes with the application of the tattoo and it came out smeared. I contacted the company and they sent me a new one. They were extremely friendly and helpful and gave me tips on how to avoid the same mistakes I made with the first tattoo. Saad was great and helped me with everything!

I received my inkbox tattoo pencils a while ago, and sadly enough wasn't super happy with the products. The fine tip liner was great to work with, but the tattoos would wipe away a lot more quickly than I would've hoped. The medium pen and shader were tough to work with and also didn't look great on the skin.

This sucked, so I emailed the inkbox team. They were extremely responsive and kind, and I quickly received my money as a gift card for inkbox. Because I wasn't too happy with the products, I decided to order something for my friend. I then ended up receiving only 1 of the 2 products.

Again, the costumer service was super fast, friendly and they sent me the new product quickly.

Sometimes products might not be what you wished for, but it's so important to me that I know that I can trust a company. If you end up not liking the products, they will listen to you, come up with solutions and act. So overall, I'm actually happy. They couldn't have acted better :)

So far I’ve enjoyed my tattoos they looked nice and lasted about 2wks

Great customer service and I love my little tattoo. :)

It was easy to apply however even with proper care it is fading unevenly, and it stayed blue the entire time instead of turning black. It was enough to show me that it is a tattoo I want though.

The tattoos smeared/bled horribly even though I followed the instructions, and this has been about the 4th or 5th time I've done this with Inkbox. They weren't even legible so I just had crappy fake ink for two weeks.
