Received damaged products
Package arrived completely smashed with holes in it, not just the outer package but the actual items bought (meant to be a gift) and the comment I got back when I complained from the company was “it’s the delivery company’s fault”, not an apology, offer to replace the product or even a campaign code to use for the next purchase. Not that I will ever but anything from them again. Worse experience I have ever had connected to an online purchase. And it was not just the delivery company’s fault, they basically put the items in a plastic bag and sent it, of course the items inside will be damaged, especially when looking at the shape of the bag when the items were inside.

I was in s hotel in Stockholm Sweden…
I was in s hotel in Stockholm Sweden and ordered a charger for MacBook. I didn’t realize that it would come from Denmark until I had placed the order. The time was essential as we would leave Sweden in a few days and I got a bit worried. However there wasn’t any need for worrying as the parcel was very easy to track and the parcel reached well on time. I will definitely turn to InkEurope also next time!

Low prices but terrible treatment of orders
I ordered the cartridge Q5949X because on the website Inkeurope shows that the cartridge FITS in the printer LaserJet 1160.But in reality it does not fit. They sent a new cartridge. They should send the cartridge Q5949A instead, BUT they sent again the same cartridge that does not fit. Have written to them but have not received a response. Very poor handling and thus I will turn to a more serious supplier instead
