This is so far the best place to get a tattoo in London and I choose it all over Europe. I had tattoo my self in different places, but since I got mine at Ink Fact I can not match the quality of it with another studio. The work, the customer service, professionalism and after care.

Everybody was very approachable and friendly. Extremely clean and hygienic service. Giuseppe was very friendly at the desk. Carlotta was amazing with doing my tattoos and very patient. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Friendly and clean
I always go the ink Fact to get my tattoo and piercing done. They are super friendly and clean. I love Giuseppe and Carlotta because they allow me to be myself (which is funny). But this time I got my nose pierced and it was quick and fun to do.

From the outset the guys at inkfact made it clear they were here to help. And help they did. My enquiry was made late in the day, but instead of sending me away they took the time to use what was left of the day to make a start on my project for whenever I was free to return. Unlike the previous shop I went to. These guys were pleasant, polite, and efficient in how they went about their task. I was well impressed.

We came into the shop as walk-ins and got piercings done straight away! It was very quickly and professionally done and we were given great care instructions. All round an excellent experience.
