I went to Ink Fact because a friend recommended them to me. I can honestly say that I have absolutely no regrets! The customer service I received from Mr Romanello was amazing ! This was also my first tattoo and I was caught between two ideas but I was given time to properly decide. He was really patient with me! I was finally sure if what I wanted and after the healing process it looks absolutely unreal& I love ittt !

I got both of my tattoos at ink factory and I am really happy with both of my tattoos and in love with them.. we decided on the tattoo size with Giuseppe as I wasn’t sure with the sizing and colour etc Giuseppe and his team is really friendly and helpful.. I have already booked my next tattoo to go back. Also the prices are really good and not really expensive I will highly recommend thank you :)

Giuseppe is amazing, he gave me my first tattoo 3 years ago and it's been such a beautiful, positive experience I had more tattoos done by both him and Carlotta over the time. Super clean, professional environment, the guys are patient and very technically and artistically prepared, prices are really honest and results always over the expectations. I'll definitely go back to them for more and more tattoos!

I’ve been getting tattoos here for over 3 years and I can honestly say I’m happy with every single one. As well as getting pierced here on a number of occasions, and again extremely happy with the final result.

Everybody who has tattooed/pierced me is amazing. They are extremely professional and they genuinely care about, not only the end result of your tattoo but your overall experience throughout the process. They will guide you towards what works best for you, while simultaneously making sure you get what you asked for. All of the piercings I’ve gotten were done in a timely fashion, with regular check ins throughout the process.

If you are looking for amazing tattoos at an equally reasonable price, this is the place to go. And if you’re feeling up to it you can get a cheeky piercing too.

Giuseppe was awesome. I’m 51 and it is my first tattoo. Called the shop and was communicated with in a very friendly, warm and reassuring way. I was advised to pop in. As it’s only a stone’s throw from my house, I was there within the hour. The shop has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Giuseppe was very reassuring and took his time to look into what I was wanting. He guided me through the process with ease and comfort - from selecting the image, to discussing the size, etc. Giuseppe has a straightforward, kind approach. It was finished before I knew it and he explained the aftercare thoroughly, telling me also to return if something wasn’t right. I got a follow up email with the aftercare instructions. I would highly recommend this place. I’m over the moon with my tattoo… and considering another one. I have been told once you start, you want more. Thank you team 😊
