Was a real pleasure to deal with this store. They accommodated me when I asked if they could hold a book for me, and discounted it to help me at a time when cashflow has been challenged. Faultless service. We had it delivered to some friends in the UK who are bringing it over, saving us big customs and import fees. Highly recommend this seller - so thoughtful and kind. I've had a book search agent for some years, who has managed to find the occasional rare book for me. I shall be adding this store to my list of trusty contacts!

Excellent On-Line Bookstore
I've bought a few books on-line from I&Y. The condition descriptions were conservative. It's an excellent on-line bookstore and the staff are helpful. I wish I lived in the U.K. so that I could peruse through their books in person some times.

Outstanding service
Outstanding service: it was a very modest purchase but I was looked after as if I were an important customer. The seller got in touch to check if I wanted the book gift wrapped, (and if I want the receipt included).
I enjoyed scannning the site (which was new to me), and I will return...hopefully with rather more to spend next time.
