Tax return not submitted timely

Tax return not submitted timely (I ultimately submitted my tax return to the tax office a week post deadline), poor level of communication with late reactions (if any...), no follow up on agreed actions. Ultimately no solution offered to compensate for the paid fee for a service which did not get delivered by this company. Very disappointing service.

Do NOT use their service

Do NOT use their service. After advance payment I got one reply that my email went to the wrong queue and after long waiting time and multiple reminders. They were not able to do the belastingaangifte in time so requested a refund. Did not get any reply on their service after that.Have multiple times requested for refund but no response what so ever.
