Very pleased with product

It is reasonably priced.
Good service, got the products in 2 days, right to my door on time. Not sure about the Colour Ink ordered, when put it into printer, no colour came out...only black ink. Could be my printer is in trouble..... not had any problem with Inks before. Won't send it back as it can still be used in Black section of Printer, even if there been a mechanical error.... wrong ink put into correct (colour) holder. I may need get someone to check, clean Printer, as it is a delicate machine.
