I am not satisified with your print…
I am not satisified with your print cartridges. The black one prints aweful and I have deep cleaned the nozzles a couple of time and there is no improvement. It is great to save on printing cost, but I still want an acceptable print quality and this does not meet my standards.

Dear Johann, thank you for your review. We try to use every review, especially negative ones, to improve our business. However, we feel that it is only fair to defend our business when a review is unjust.
When Mr Kieser purchased from our online store, he selected a free shipping option which states, "Pickup at warehouse in Hilton, KwaZulu Natal ONLY (DO NOT SELECT if you don't live nearby!)” This is our effort to prevent our customers from selecting this option in error, and we try to make it as clear as possible on our website that local pickup is available only to customers living in the vicinity of our warehouse. In Mr Kieser's agitated correspondence with us, he explained that he lives in a suburb of Cape Town and 'had to indicate the pick up to be your shop at N1-City...". He told us that we should "fix your online order system to let the customer choose the delivery or collection address in a better way". Despite it not being the norm, we arranged for Mr Kieser's cartridges to be ready for him in under 24 hours at The Inky Shop of his choice. I followed with an email to Mr Kieser to explain the misunderstanding. I explained that we don't hold the full inventory of stock found in our warehouse, at all of our stores. Facilitating local pick up from each store might mean a long wait for customers should the stock be unavailable in a particular store, and it would also not be commercially viable as additional courier costs would be incurred. I explained that the email was our genuine effort to prevent future frustrations, should Mr Kieser choose to use our online portal again, which we sincerely hoped he would. Mr Kieser took umbrage at the email and rates our business 2-stars. Guess one can't win them all.
New HP ink cartridges
Order process was painless. The cartridges were delivered the day after I ordered and worked perfectly when installed. Would recommend The Inky Shop for replacement cartridges.
