Save your money and time. Shop somewhere better.
I decided to give this company a chance, and I sincerely regret it. I ordered from their site, and my order remained stagnant for two weeks because "something was on backorder," which was not mentioned on their website nor was I informed upon my purchase. Their website, in fact, says, "All orders will be packaged within 1 to 2 business days from the date you place your order and will be picked up by USPS or FedEx the following business day." Yet they only informed me of the backorder issue after I threatened to contact a lawyer and/or the authorities. They ignored my messages on their own website, email, phone calls, and social media until I mentioned involving a lawyer. Then they denied ever receiving my messages, even though I have receipts and confirmations from their own website, email, and social media proving that my messages were received. There customer service representative proceeded to call me a dumbass because he didn't wanna reply till I said anything about law and "they have no jurisdiction" then apologized for not being perfect to me like it's okay to not inform a customer a item is not in stock? Wtf 😂
Essentially, they had my money tied up for two weeks without any valid reason. Maybe a tactic to improve their cash flow temporarily, or maybe they normally willfully disregard their customers' questions/concerns. I'm not sure one way or another but regardless, I will never order from this company. Nor will I ever shop at any of their locations. I'm posting this so hopefully no one else has the same terrible experience I had with this company, which in my personal experience doesn’t care much for it's customers.
