Firstly let me say I have been a regular ILWF customer for the last couple of years and the products themselves are fab however the website and customer service is diabolical. My advice would be use the website to look at what you like it and order it elsewhere like in Topshop or on asos.com.

I placed 2 orders at the end of June and one at the beginning of August, and returned them by next day delivery the very next day after they were received. The June orders took until the 28th and 29th July to be refunded and I am STILL waiting for the order place on 2nd July to be refunded...absolute joke. I have also sent an email and facebook message chasing this both of which have been ignored.

I ordered a playsuit from this website and I got a dress. The color was different. On the label it was written "playsuit" but it wasn't. I bought it with a 50% discount and then the price went back to normal. So when I asked how to change it, they told me I would have had to send it back and pay the shipping (for something which was not my fault at all, and costed almost like the item itself), get a refund, and then to purchase again the item. But since it was on discount when I got it I would have paid it the double of the price (I think it was a trick). So I just kept the item and never wore it also because the quality was really bad (you cannot iron it, the color is not well spread on the fabric... I mean, unbelievable).
