I paid approximately ₹2 lakhs for the course, but based on my personal experience, I did not feel it provided value for money.
The weekly calls involved sharing highly personal and emotionally sensitive issues in a group setting. I found the level of privacy uncomfortable, particularly given my concerns about participant experiences potentially being used for promotional purposes.
I also paid approximately ₹23,000 for the retreat. In my experience, there was a strong emphasis on emotional vulnerability, and I personally felt that emotions were sometimes used in a way that put pressure on participants when additional programs were being offered. I felt this made it difficult to make a fully objective decision about spending more money.
During the retreat/seminar, I also experienced restrictions around leaving the sessions. There were instances where participants, in my observation, were not given sufficient time for meals, and early-morning sessions meant that some participants were getting inadequate sleep. In my view, this combination of emotional pressure, long hours, limited breaks, and lack of sleep can make it harder for people to carefully evaluate significant financial decisions.
