I bought a pair of earrings from Gemma as the pandemic started in March, I lost one due to putting a face mask on and off.I asked her to make me another one and she said yes straight away. Gemma replaced both earrings for the cost of one, just in case it happened again and they are absolutely beautiful. A wonderful, kind generous woman as well as an excellent jeweller. I purchased two personalised necklaces as presents for my daughers this Christmas. The photo on the website doesn't do them justice - they are both beautiful and delicate. My daughters will love them! They arrived in good packaging with a lovely card and very quickly considering that I live in France. I will definitely purchase some more jewellery from Gemma

I ordered the Strada Hoops after seeing them online and they are as beautiful in real life as they look in pictures! They arrived a few days ago and I already adore them, very light and airy and yet they brighten up any outfit I pair with them. I had emailed Gemma regarding delivery as I was abroad at the time, she was very responsive and the earrings arrived a few days later. Would absolutely recommend
