Beware! This company will not take any accountability and responsibility. I ordered a 49 inch ultrawide monitor and the postal carrier they used is FedEx. It said it was delivered, but I did not even receive the product. When I contacted the company, and explained the situation, it was very clear they didn’t want to bear the responsibility and blame either the customer or the postal service. This is not a trustworthy company, and they will take your money without giving you the product.

I bought an INNOCN OLED monitor on Amazon and had problems with it since day 1. The monitor stand was faulty, causing the monitor to be tilted right by a few degrees, enough to make it look crooked. Then the USB-C ports started failing... sometimes it wouldn't connect to my MacBook, and now it stopped charging my MacBook.

I documented all of this with INNOCN since day 1. I literally have months of email history with them. And they refused to warranty the product. F this company.

I made a purchase through the innocn.com website on February 29, 2024. The following day, I received an email stating that "Order #2884 has been canceled." I checked my credit card balance, and the amount I paid has not been refunded. On the same day (March 1), I wrote to marketing at innocn.com asking why I have not received the refund of my money. Today, March 4, I still have not received a response and have not received my money back.
