Previously ordered from them a number of time from company with no trouble. On 27 December placed same order and paid through Amazon pay. No email to confirm or tracking details. Tried emailing company, email bounces back as not a valid email address, tried contacting on their help page receive a message server error. Tried to call on mobile number and text but no response. Dont order from this company

Steer clear of these. Bought 3 pens and did lose weight but not a great deal. More of a placebo. When I questioned why Amazon pay was no longer available was fobbed off then kicked out the telegram group when I queried it there. Something very suspicious about a company selling snake oil that only lets you pay by bank transfer.

Fake/counterfeit product. Doesn’t work at all and I’ve used several different suppliers that have all worked until this one.
Requested a refund and was told a load of rubbish trying to convince me that the product is genuine so I did a charge back through my bank. AVOID.

People be careful they sell fake product!

Lost a total of around 13 kilos after 2.5 months on these and sitting on 12.5mg, very happy with results and plan to keep going and use a maintenance dose to continue the results, and i have always struggled with weight issues up and down with different diets with not any success but this has really knocked the sugar cravings on the head so i feel much better physically and mentally. highly recommend to those struggling to stick to diets.

Confused at first at the doses but this was cleared up fast with the customer service, just starting today after receiving everything

Where do I start?
Firstly, their customer service skills and accusations are shocking rather than ask questions.
I ordered Mojarro 12.5mg and received three different pens. This wasn’t explained to me. They were 35 mg pens of which they told me. I need to take 2 1/2 doses which if you look on any government website it tells you not to inject more to get the right dose you should buy the correct dose in the first place.
After that, it didn’t work and they sent me out Ozempic because they said that I was was in need of it and that Mojarro probably doesn’t work for me even though I’ve had it six months before with the main brand and it worked, the only reason that I purchased through this website was because it was cheaper turns out “CHEAPER ISNT BETTER!”
After being on Olympic for the past three weeks in total since January start, I’ve put on a stone, this is down to the fact it has not cured my appetite and not done what he supposed to do in my opinion
They’ve ignored me and blocked me from their telegram group which I think is pretty petty. I wasn’t abusive in there. I just showed and told hard facts which they don’t like.
I also would like to say that they chat groups are definitely full of BOTS or fake accounts promoting and giving people the advice which I’m sure is illegal somewhere.

I’ve also been refused a refund which is absolutely pathetic. I will be taking this further.

I was a little hasty placing my first 2.5mg Tirzepatide order with Innopharm. After placing the order I looked around at their reviews and was convinced I had just been scammed out of £80 thanks to all the so-called bad reviews.

I was very pleased when it turned up the next day, recorded delivery as promised. I injected the first dose wondering if I was going to get very sick or maybe die.

God how wrong was I! Soon after taking the injection, like the next day my insane cravings to keep raiding the kitchen just faded away. Not unnaturally or anything, it’s like it had taken away my self-destructive eating disorder and allowed me to choose when I want to have a meal rather than obsessive cravings.

Over the next three or four weeks my weight @ 188cm/6’2” went from 110kg (BMI 31.1) to 100kg (BMI 28.3).

This continued on the new 5mg dose down to 97kg (BMI 27.5). I haven’t been making an effort to do more exercise but now I have more energy and I can actually exercise without instantly getting out of breath! I’m aiming for 90kg (BMI 25.5) and to hold that weight permanently.

Tirzepatide/Mounjaro is absolutely amazing stuff. I think all obese people should be made to have it to be able to claim Jobseeker’s Allowance. I am SO glad that I took the risk and it has literally paid off with extra, happier years on my lifespan.

I ordered and paid for Mounjaro a week ago and have not received anything from them. The WhatsApp number is being ignored and there is no other way of contacting them. They've literally taken over £100 and won't answer. Do not trust this place!!!

I've been with MedExpress but could no longer afford so thought I'll give this a try because of the price. I jabbed on Thursday it's now Sunday evening I've not stopped eating, thinking of food constantly I'm disappointed but it's my own fault.
My suppression is at it's best the first 4 days with pens from the other provider.

Started course around 2 months ago now and up to 7.5mg now, lost 14 pounds and happy with the hunger reduction will be ordering again for sure as the cost for going up doses is not that much more in comparison to other brands it will save me hundreds of pounds in the long run which is what i like about this, i was not sure at first but after using for this period and seeing the results i will continue on and have recommended to friends.

Great service, products had arrived damaged and they instantly sent out replacement next day which was great as most companies would not take notice to this, so it is nice to have an instant replacement, excited to start the course and see the results to come, saved a lot of money so look forward to this.

This company is not registered with UK pharmaceutical register only in UAE. Gave me a pharmacy register number that showed as boots. Felt nothing from starting tirzapede with them and must definitely be diluted or cheaper compound as have started the proper mounjaro via a NHS recommended company and totally different results from start. Be very careful may cost u more longterm

If I could give 0 star i would .. made 1st order due to the price.. I was sceptical.. used it for 2 weeks and does not work.. I have been on mounjaro from med exress since April and lost 4 stone.. not a thing on this.. no cravings curbed and feel hungry all the time.. stupid me ordered again but questioned before delivery.. total garbage what they are saying on WhatsApp.. reckon they have refunded but raised a dispute with credit card
