Very concerning issues resolved
Further to an impressive turnaround and attention to customer satisfaction, mainly from Matt Stansfield, I could not be more satisfied in the manner that a recent faulty device was resolved. Initially, there was a little confusion as to the fault, but once Matt became aware of the problem, a solution was found. Thanks again
