Canadian buyers beware.

I was a long-time Inno Supps customer and recently got hit with $21.31 in unexpected customs fees for a monthly subscription — something that never happened before. There was no proper warning during checkout, just fine print buried in a footer link.

When I asked for reimbursement or a credit, customer service refused and canceled my subscription instead of resolving the issue. This turned an $85 USD order into nearly $140 CAD monthly.

I would avoid this company if you’re outside the U.S. — you’re on the hook for duties, and there’s zero support if things change.

Not worth the time and money.

Well purchase the product and it did nothing, was told to take product for 3 weeks for results and as you know nothing. Waste of time and money, there customer support is punctual, but there refund processing is BS, you have to pay for the return and then you have to wait 10 days for there intake processing, then another 7-10 days for the refund to take place. So again it's a waste of money and time, the product does not work and states in will do wonders. 🤣 Do your research on these type of products trying to steal you money on fake promises and lies.

I have been an Inno Supp user for over two years now. I am a supplement fan. These are high quality products that do what they claim. The customer service of this company is outstanding. They are quick to respond to inquiries. I needed help changing my subscription on two separate occasions. This most recent request was handled personally by one employee, RONA, in a streamlined process. Request to cancel one item and replace it with another was done in less than 30 minutes via email. The products do nothing it was a waste of time but the main reason for this review today is they are shady and deceptive. BEWARE they secretly sign you up for a subscription without your knowledge or permission I specifically signed up for a ONE time purchase then today I see a charge. I will never do business with this company again and make sure everyone else knows it too. SKETCHY business practices buyer beware.

We want to clarify that our subscription program is completely optional and requires customers to actively select it when adding a product to the cart. Many of our customers choose this option because it includes both a discount and a complimentary product for first-time subscribers.

Once a subscription is created, we automatically send a confirmation email to ensure customers are aware of their enrollment. Additionally, a reminder email is sent 3 days prior to each renewal, allowing time to review, make changes, or cancel before any charge occurs. In your case, we can confirm that a reminder was sent on 7/3 in advance of the charge on 7/6.

Quality Products and Top Tier Customer Supprt

I was very impressed w the first month of taking their product Innodrive for menopause. I noticed today I needed to order more before I could do so I recieved a email my subscription was going to go thru in a week from now so I tried to edit the date for today accidentally ordered 2 times sent a email to support in less then a hour they cancelled the second order and sent confirmation so ill recieve my refund quickly. Highly impressed w the quality of the products my husband is also taking their stack for guys hes loving it as well. Customer service today was amazing and so fast !!!!

Sooo this product would recieve 0 stars…

Sooo this product would recieve 0 stars if possible DO NOT WAIST UR MONEY! I tried almost every stack n GLP 1 being the last and nothing changed. Im on 60 days with is one stack n no weight has changed. I exercise and sweat alot alot. I eat healthy as possible. Eat more fruits n veggies. I don't drink soda, alcohol etc nothing but coffee n water rest of day...like this is bad and I'm so disappointed in this and money lost . This is a real review not a joke!!! Just so we clear I've been taking there products since Nov 2024. Keep this in mind

Hello, this review is based on customer service. I previously placed an order and found some products to be very short on expiration date.
