Order a wig form them never received it. They gave me an tracking number but everytime I try to check it it says order not found.

I just ordered a shampoo it said NZ dollars but when I checked my a/c it was different amount it was not clear what currency it was so I would like to cancelled my order and refund my money please cheers

paid for an item, which never arrived. Was never given a shipping code like original sales email told me I would get upon shiping. Sent several emails to company, and never received a response.

Clearly I also got scammed like most people here, I ordered my ring in December it’s now March and j haven’t heard anything, think I’ll be contacting PayPal

Ordered a promo ring in feb still waiting on tracking info which tells me that it has not yet been shipped and we are on 22 days. It would already been shipped by now nor did o receive an email thanking me for the purchase and the shipping details will be sent as soon as processed. No communication at all, sent 2 emails to which I didn’t get a response to. Only paid $8.00 but still they are making a killing scamming suckers like me! So angry I fell for this

They never mail you a ring and then they wont answer your threw calls support or email. $10 might not be alot to others but its half days pay for me.

I ordered a ring from these at a promo price .. ok so it was only £5 but it never arrived!!! I have sent them countless emails with no reply! I am just about to contact PayPal and start a dispute with them. It was a cheap price but not the point! How many other people have they ripped off?! Do not use this company... if something seems too good to be true, it usually is.

Absolutely not satisfied. The ring is crooked and I paid for it. I can't even send them an email and get a reply back. Very disappointed. I will never use them again.

I only paid for shipping for this diamond ring and I waited for the product to arrived it never did . I only paid 9.99 for it but still it is wrong for this company be stealing from it's customers and Pay Pal said not to use them for this company because the company does not have a telephone number . I sent many emails and never heard back from . Contacted Pay Pal and the company was in the wrong . They are thieves and that is very true . Now it is time to removed them from face book . Don't do business with them at all . There Thieves !!!!!!!

Luckily I only paid $10.00 because I never received the ring. Yes, I have waited the time frame they mentioned. I tracked it and it said delivered. There was nothing. I have only recently experienced these kind of scams, they give a real tracking number which is someone else's. I have emails that day the address on package is not mine ( the one on the invoice).

False advertising!!! I got their $580 diamo d ring they are giving away (only pay for shipping) but according to the jeweler it is not a real diamond. I am livid! I already contacted an attorney about shutting them down!
