I just can't believe these people/INNOVATE1are acting or working officially on behalf Nigeria government, they are doing a lots of damages to Nigeria images. Is taking ages for INNOVATE1 to pay me my refund.

SCREW THIS SERVICE. THEY ARE A FRAUD! THIS IS SUPPOSE TO BE CONNECTED TO A OFFICIAL AGENCY IS RIDICULOUS.

Paid for passport services couldnt get a reply or confirmation of payment. I never knew they are one of those Nigerian fraudulent companies.

Scam and fraud when it comes with refund,it a pity they will as you to make a new application before they can refund you and in 15 days before they refund,fellow patriotic don't fall for them a make a mistake when there is several option to get what you want .
They worst when it comes with refund this will be my last time doing business with them.

I am disheartened to write this review following a frustrating experience with the visa service. The company seems to enforce vague and perplexing refund policies. If for any reason, you end up not proceeding with the visa, they offer no straightforward option for a refund. Even if no services on there end have been fulfilled

Communications have been far below par. Requests for clarification or assistance are met with a generic link to their refund policy webpage, devoid of any personalized explanation. The lack of transparency and meaningful dialogue feels unsettling, creating an unhelpful and frustrating environment for customers.

The overall conduct of the company is alarming, with elements that hint at possible fraudulent activities. It's surprising and concerning that such a service is utilized for official visa applications.

I strongly advise prospective customers to approach with caution and thoroughly investigate the company's policies before making any financial commitments. I hope my review can serve as a helpful warning to others.

I honestly think Innovate is a fraud. Is there any other way to pay to renew a Nigerian passport? I've had the same experience as others. Paid up to 4 times using different cards but it bounces back, payment is pending in my account. When I contacted them they don't even address the issue. They said I should check with my bank. What a poor customer service. Shame on the Nigerian Government for using such a fake company

I had applied and paid for a passport renewal,and could not gain entrance into the embassy. I eventually renewed my passport in Abuja. Now i applied for a refund from the company, and there the problem lies.My first emailwas on the 14th of March,and was told a ticket was opened in my name,and that I would receive a personal response within 3-5days, which iI never received.
After 7 working days I sent in a reminder only be told that another ticket was opened in my name.On the 27th of March I received an emailthat my ticket is closed and that I should apply immediately for the ticket to be opened. It is disheartening that at this time and age companies that could not deliver on their services would be beating about the bush to avoid returning the refund, while claiming to be "A trusted service provider"
