Instructed Innovate after we were let down by another company. Their service was first class from start to finish. Lewis came out to the house and was brilliant, carried out thorough checks and explained everything clearly. When he was unable to fix something internally, he went back to the office and got assistance from colleagues to help fix the problem remotely. The service we received in one day was better than we had in 2 years from the previous company. Donny in the office was great too, passing over queries and getting our service booked in ASAP. Cannot recommend the company highly enough.

First class service from start to finish, would highly recommend. From speed of service to friendly highly experienced staff, a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Innovate.

Recently had an up grade of the camera system and an extra camera due to an incident at home , innovate alarms where very quick and understanding that I needed it done promptly , would highly recommend them to anyone 👍🏻

Just had an update and upgrade of both house and garage by Lewis of Innovate Alarms. He was thorough and diligent, explaining the easy-to-use system in detail. Highly recommended for anyone in the Central Scotland area.

Had the alarm system installed by Ian who was very professional and thorough He also explained all functions of the alarm system to me and helped with set of the app I am not tech savvy. I also was able to call when I had an issue with the app after he left and he talked me through on what to do I would strongly recommend this CCTV and fire system to be installed your home
as I feel very safe and secure .I am now a very happy customer. Thank you for all your hard work

The engineer was excellent. He was very friendly and so helpful. He carried out full maintenance checks. My camera had gone offline and he quickly found a solution and got everything up and running quickly. Great service.

I was happy with the engineer when he called he was very polite and his work was clean and He cleared any mess he made.

Innovate Alarms continue to lead the way for security solutions in the Glasgow area. As a very satisfied customer over the past few years, they are so easy to deal with. As well as the reasonable prices for solutions / installations, the annual servicing / peace of mind options are excellent as well. A thoroughly professional and friendly company to deal with. You need not look anywhere else when thinking about securing your home or premises.

Engineer arrived on time, carried out the inspection thoroughly and professionally. He answered any queries I had. I have used Innovate since 2012 and am very pleased with their services.

A vey easy installation, quick and very efficient. The installer was a very nice young man and a credit to the company. I would highly recommend this company.

Danny and his team have fitted cameras at both our home and our business premises they have also just fitted smoke alarms at our home all his staff are friendly and ciurious. His prices are very competitive

Innovate have just completed the annual maintenance of our security alarm system for the first time. The process was efficient and the work completed on time. I dealt with Donnie, Nicola and Ian during this process and found each of them to be both professional and friendly in their approach. Would definitely recommend and use again.
