7/28/25 ordered 2 sets of the Casual 2-Piece Loose-Fit Short Sleeve Top & Wide-Leg Pants Set with Pockets for $32,99 each. Finally received 30 days later from China.
Poorly made! The tops are hard to get on and fit tight around the neck.
Tried to return. Was told I’d have to pay for shipping @$40.00 and only got a $13.00 refund for items that no one could wear.
Will never order from this company ever!!

I ordered an item, that girl lost by royal mail, after I chased up with staff at Innoveko customer service, they responded promptly. They arranged for another item to be shipped, communicated in a friendly manner. I am very pleased with my purchase and with service. Will purchase again . ))

It’s so rare to find a company so professional nowadays! My vase arrived with a small damage due shipping, they replaced my vase straight away without any question or hassle. Incredibly happy with the product, it is exactly what I was looking for. Very unique, not cheap materials as most vases nowadays are made of plastic, this one is from very good ceramic. And for ceramic the price is exceptionally good as well. Thank you for your support and item 😊

I ordered the Bulldog figurine and the Freya figurine, both items were received within 10-14 days. An excellent job! You can tell that pieces are handcrafted, and only very expensive materials were used. You won’t find such a quality in cheap supermarkets, not even talking about the design… So unique and quirky. Both products are fab and exactly as I expected. More than happy with this company and will certainly use them again.

High quality, modern, tasteful, and unique. The vase was wrapped very carefully, took 2 weeks to arrive but is 100% worth waiting. I am satisfied with everything. Thank you for this unique piece that compliments my living room. I will order more items in the future.

Everything was perfect! I ordered Victory vase a week ago and I received it today. It’s more beautiful than I could have imagined. Great quality materials, not cheap looking. Ordered 2 ornaments on 7th Feb 2021 and have only received one so far, almost 2 months later. When I completed checkout the currency changed from GBP to USD and charged me more than what was quoted at checkout. The first item was dispatched quickly but took about 3 weeks to arrive as it came from China. I chased the second item up twice and was told it would be dispatched and sent via expedited shipping - that was 3 weeks ago and I've still not received it and the tracking details don't work!
The company claim to be London based but don't be fooled, items are coming from China. If they were British based it wouldn't change currency from GBP at checkout. Since ordering I've seen loads of other companies selling pretty much the same items.

Brilliant customer service from start to finish. Beautiful and amazing product. Delivery was speedy and product was very well packaged. Highly recommended!
