I've been with Innovo prosthetics since before it was Innovo way back when it was Premier Prosthetics. For 20 years I've been with the same prothetist and I am always looked after with much attention, care, joy and skill. I hope to always be able to come here, where my prosthetics are made to fit perfectly and are always reliable.

Not many hands in their cupboard and this arm amputee wants one, so Richard made a socket and ordered a hand. Supported by experts Cameron, Jarred, brilliant office manager Dianne and wonderful OT Melissa, I am now on the way to becoming two-handed again. I came down from Darwin and spent 4 days with these terrific people who spoilt me with coffees and gave me such a fun time. I will have the best working and fanciest hand possible. That I should be so unlucky as to lose an arm but so lucky to be cared for by this fantastic team is a mystery. They have given me a huge step towards staying independent, and this is most important as I turn 80 and live alone. My beautiful hand will be a great work horse and all the kids will admire my colourful sleeve and fancy black hand with its moving fingers. And all done with such sensitivity and great sense of humour. A super time that produced a super prosthesis, I am grateful.
