Fast delivery, one bulb with inverse behaviour of light temperature
Fast delivery, globe bulbs are nice and pairing with Hue system was easy.
One of the four globe bulbs works different... When I pull the operating point in the Hue App to "warm light" I get "cold light" and vice versa. The other three bulbs work correctly. "Warm light" selection in the App is warm light. Problem for me: all four bulbs are in one lamp and I would like to contol the light temperaturen them together, Not possible with one inverse bulb...

Strong customer support
I had some detailed technical questions and they went above and beyond to get me the answers i needed. Proper human responses in a timely manner. Products are easy to integrate and reasonably priced. They have stolen a dedicated Hue customer who was fed up of paying so much for so little.

Defect Products, Ignored by Customer Service, and slow delivery...
- Delivery took longer than expected
- One bulb arrived broken
- The Zigbee Hub seems to be malfunctioning (from the begining, after delivery)
- I need like 20 tries to connect a single bulb.
- I spent about 8h connecting 7/12 Bulbs.
- I was not able to connect the remaining Bulbs yet
- All of these are Innr products.
- I tried to connect a thirdreality motion sensor, which obviously also did not work.
- I didn't even bother trying any more third party Zigbee products
- No responses from the customer service to any of my mails
This is the worst I have ever been treated as a customer and the worst experience with a brand I had in a long time.
I do not understand how this brand can have any good ratings....
I am very disappointed.

Due to Black Friday, some deliveries of packages, and our replies to messages can take a bit longer than usual. We have now replied to your first message from 4 days ago. (we always try to reply to messages within 3 working days.)
We hope that we can help to get the Innr system to work well. The bulb that arrived broken, will of course be replaced by us.
The Innr bridge does work with third party devices like plugs and lights, but a motion sensor cannot be paired to the Innr system.
We hope that we can show you, that the Innr system can work well! Of course we don't want disappointed customers, so we will do our best to improve your experience with Innr!
Great system.
I have several Innr lights and smart switches around the house and they all integrate with my Hue system perfectly.

I have several Innr lights, including there GU10's and IP67 LED strip. Awesome products, love how easily they integrate with Hue. I had to access after sales customer service due to a fault, and customer service was top notch.

Excellent Products and Outstanding Customer Service!
I recently purchased outdoor lamps from Innr and have been thoroughly impressed with both the product and the customer service. The lamps are of high quality and integrated seamlessly with my Philips Hue system. When I encountered an issue with the control unit, the customer service team, especially Florian, responded promptly and arranged a replacement immediately.
The new control unit works perfectly, and I am now enjoying my smart lighting setup. The entire experience, from the purchase to the support I received, has been nothing short of exceptional.

A connection between our website and our warehouse has stopped working. Because of this, some orders didn't reach our warehouse.
We will make sure that your order is sent this Friday, so you won't have to wait much longer.

We see that this package was sent on the day that it was ordered, and arrived in the country of desitination after 2 days.
Unfortunately, the local carrier wasn't very quick with delivering the package. After the package arrived in your country, it took them 8 days before the package was delivered.
We are glad to see that the package has now been deliverd. We will check the different carriers, and see if we can change to another carrier for delivering our packages.
Great product at the best price!
Ordered four smart plugs direct from inner because it was the best price available anywhere, and with free delivery. Received them within a couple of days. great product and service!

Would not recommended if you use…
Would not recommended if you use Philips Hue.
The bulbs don't work well with Philips Hue bridge (the Sync function does not work) and the INNR buttons don't show up in the Hue app at all (it says so in the manual, but nowhere else).
INNR is quite useless if you are using the Hue hub and app.
Probably works great if you use the INNR hub.

Customer service can use some improvement
Terrible customer service.
Send them an email on Saturday and on Wednesday a reminder, still no reply to my request to replace a faulty device.
Edit: as the reply suggests from innr; I got after my review almost directly a reply back. It’s a pity a 1 star review was needed to trigger this action (got a reply back on the Friday after my mail was send) as the solution provided was outstanding!
