The machine worked fine for a few weeks/ a couple months. It is a rental thru my insurance co.
Then it began to alarm regularly. Changed the cannula, no difference. Fully charged.
I live a mile high. Winter temperatures low 20℉ ~ mid 30℉s. It will turn on, then stop with no alarm, is fully charged.
So it is getting returned to rental place.
I have oxygen tanks so I am not going to hospitalized due to no O2.
I will ask my pulmonary doctor to write me a prescription. I will purchase a new unit.
The rental place said the home unit not working was “My Fault”. I am also returning the loud home unit. I have already purchased a replacement.
The estimated date failures was about March of 2025, almost every day alarms, malfunctions.

I received the in home and portable concentrators in the mail through my medical clinic. What a surprise. The in home unit is super quite. The portable concentrator is such a relief from the cylinders. Now I can take my dog on a proper walk, grocery shop and do my laundry with ease. Plus Inogen sent a box of hoses and canulas without asking. I am very happy with the equipment and Inogen.

My mom had an offbrand oxygen machine. It it started to malfunction. We originally were considering the inogen. She now purchased the Inogen to replace the other machine and she is so much happier. She says it works better if she likes the app, she feels more secure.

It is very convenient to use when you are out and about. It is pretty scary though when you are out and it quits working. I don’t know know what I would have done if my daughter hadn’t been with me to trouble shoot.

You were very helpful and I thank you for your service. I work full time and take care of her. You have been a great help in seeing that she has oxygen. My heart as well as mom’s goes out to you. Thank you

Linda was so helpful. She answered questions that I didn't know how to ask. Since I was paying for the unit out of pocket she ran many options by me to reduce the price, potential financing options, and refurbished units. I bought a refurbished unit that's spotless clean and there's literally not a scratch on it or in it. Being freed from the oxygen tank is such a blessing. Thank you.

When I got with Inogen the person who made contact took me through everything it was absolutely easy, she was understanding of my needs and set everything up. I’m very grateful to be with them.

Inogen Rove 6 is beautiful but with only 1.267 liters per minute absolutely worthless to someone who needs 3 or 4 lpm. It would be to Inogen’s benefit to be more upfront about that, including removing the large, misleading 2,4,6 numerals from the header. A small hidden notice about the unit’s volume and statement that the unit’s output might be different don’t cut the mustard. Not a good practice.

Inogen is a great product. It provides me with the oxygen needed to survive my lung inflammation. I can use the portable to go places and do things. The staff at Inogen does a great job. They are friendly and have the knowledge to help with oxygen related information.

I was sold a Inogen 6 and I should have reviewed the comments on the Inogen website and I would have never bought one. All the good reviews is on the setting 1. I have to use setting 5 and the battery doesn't last very long. Be wear and do your research before buying one,

I have been a customer since 2014. I had an issue with my new Inogen One G5. The company responded within 12 hours to resolve my issue as best they could. I was very impressed with their compassion and prompt service.

Sales person was great.
I have the oxygen conentrator for home. I would have wished the on/off button was larger and more pronounced (bulge up more) because with my older oxygen concentrator I did not have to turn on the light to turn it on or off, but I do now.

My portable Inogen concentrator stopped working after 4 years of parttime use and I needed to have it repaired . After five days I received call back saying concentrator was out of warranty and they would not(not could not) fix it. The young lady kept talking about 'the process', very frustrating. Short version, I could not pay to have machine repaired or was offered an option of where I could get it repaired. It was a fantastic machine so very disappointing.

I opted to purchase not rent the Inogen machine, I have a 2 1/2 hour battery and a four hour battery. I wish that they had a little bigger battery for airline traveling.

I had a problem with my Rove 4 and they were very expedient in replacing my unit with a new one. No run around or questions asked I was informed to watch UPS for delivery of the new one.
