The Imogene employee that called me to start up my POC was very knowledgeable and effective in helping me understand its capabilities. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

When all I had was an oxygen tank, if I had to travel any distance, I'd need to make sure I had plenty of backup tanks. If I went to the grocery store, my tank had to go inside the grocery cart and I was restricted to within a foot or two of the cart. Now, while traveling, I simply plug my battery into the my car charger and the oxygen is not depleted. In the stores, I just put my portable in my backpack and I'm free to move around without any problem.

I love the ease of carrying the portable. I use it when I’m exerting myself such as tacking up my horse to ride or exercising. It’s just so handy and not complicated to use. The support staff are friendly and helpful when needed. So glad it’s available 💕🤠

I love it. I can breathe so much easier. When I shower I use it and I don’t feel like I am going to pass out before I get out.

I’m able to go out with Inogen machine. I have more freedom

I should not have to pay for a machine that sits in my closet. The other “portable” machine is so heavy I cannot carry it anywhere. Total waste of taxpayers money and my limited funds. When I inquired about a lighter version, I was told my insurance didn’t cover it
When I inquired about why I needed two machines, I was told that’s the way it is! Medicare Fraud at its best

Good product terrible business. My doctor recommended I immediately start using oxygen “on exertion” like walking on my driveway or in my house. After my first call to Inogen every subsequent inquiry went directly to the voice mail of my sales rep. I purchased the machine with the latest greatest features and extra batteries $$$$ confident in the 30 day free trial. When I tried to initiate the return I sent an email to customer service and got a response that they would forward my request. Then I called. I waited on hold. Only my sales rep could initiate the return. She didn’t respond for days. Called again, waited again. Return was initiated and someone would contact me with instructions for return. Still waiting 5 days later. The device might be great. Certainly not as quiet, portable or discreet as I hoped. Do you really need flashing lights? But at this point seems really sketchy and scammy. Not inspiring confidence as a medical device.

I am very pleased with my portable concentrator and my house concentrator. The people who work for Inogen are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would highly recommend getting an Inogen.

The backpack was too small where the enogen was suppose to fit thus making the backpack useless! The enogen compressor is great but extremely heavy! Could be made lighter! The help line takes a long time to answer. Not always helpful-said I was suppose to stretch the spot where the compressor was suppose to go but that was impossible due to the type of fabric! Discarded the backpack. Useless!

Rove 6 is relatively light with a long use time on the extended battery. Pulse technology is clever and works.
Inogen at Home is light weight, compact and attractive for a continuous flow concentrator.
Pleased with both.
compact

My Brother truly enjoys his new Inogen Breathing Machine and uses it every time he goes out. The complete experience has been a blessing, from talking to our sales lady Linda to receiving it. Thank you 🙏

I appreciate the encouragement by every Inogen employee who has reached out to me since I requested oxygen therapy. Each has worked to ensure that I had the supplies I needed and knew how to use them.

the lightweight of the item. Not heavy and doesn't weigh in on my shoulders. Great thing to have with limited breathing power

The rep from inogen walked me thru every step (Guy Holmes) of this procedure & called to confirm the set up went smoothly

Love my inogen system, the stand alone doesn't disturb my neighbors or me. The rove 6 POC is a life saver, not too heavy great when shopping or just taking a walk. Only wish it had a continuous flow option

The oxygen concentrator itself seems to be working fine but the "gold star service" is not exactly golden. I've had several occasions where their phone answering system was completely messed up and would hang up on me after about 15 seconds. I've had emails go unanswered for days and days. When I received the machine there was really no help with setting it up or figuring out how things worked. Thank God for YouTube is all I can say about that. When sending me my supplies, they sent double of everything which I really don't have room to store. I have a supply problem this week that I dread calling them about but I guess I will have to face the music on Monday morning.
Edit: As suggested below, I did call customer care... I was on hold for 17 minutes before someone finally answered. When they did I found out I was connected to the wrong department and was on hold for another 6 minutes before finally getting someone who could help me.

For one thing I cannot turn off the cookies that I don’t want. Isn’t that against the law? Should I be talking to the better business bureau?
As a person with less than a perfect back I can’t carry it with the bag given and I have it for when I be am being active so it is useless to me. I have to buy a backpack to use it which fortunately I can afford so one day this may be of use. I am sure many people with simular conditions can’t afford so your product would be useless to them for ever as it is to me currently. How does people getting this product and not being able to use it help your bottom line? That seems to me to be the only reason for such a shoddy plan.

We received all the equipment in a timely manner. It was packed well. The instructions were clear, and we were able to set it all up. The follow up phone call was also timely and helpful. The equipment is easy to use.
