Wandered into this lovely shop on a trip to Paris for my daughter's 40th birthday! Had a wonderful experience. In addition to beautiful merchandise the staff was amazing, demonstrating how to wear the scarves multiple times to a bumbling American. Bought several items that will be treasured. Other members of our party returned several days later to an equally memorable experience.
Hoping to purchase more online in the future.

FIRST ISSUE:

02May2025 A 'nube'bag I bought had a broken clasp.
I contacted customer service and did not get a reply.

09Dec2025 Tried again & accepted a 30% refund. Instead of processing it, they strangely sent me a payment request for 30%.

I realise this after a few months. When the refund did not go through, they *did not inform me* about this and claimed multiple times that I had been refunded by showing me a refund invoice.

13Jan2025 Contacted them again.
After checking they realise the refund did not process and asked for my bank details, plus ID for verification ( odd request, never happened with other purchases) I gave right it away. After more than a week, still no refund and no reply.

Update 28Jan2026 : Finally received 30% refund of 30 euros after much so much hassle. Note the issue began a year ago.

**They claimed it was because my card was blocked. But my bank confirmed the money should go through to my account even with a blocked card number.**

SECOND ISSUE:

Delivery to Denmark supposed to be 2-5 days on their website. Ordered an item 1 month ago. It did not arrive.

Asked for cancellation and refund and customer service responded but after few emails exchanged, I only got a refund for shipping of 12 euros. They then asked me for bank details for a refund which is strange because 12 euros went through, so why can't they refund the rest of the amount?

Update : Finally refunded after more hassle.
Be prepared to give lots of time to receive item and for any issue to be resolved, lots of effort and time.

The delivery is fast and very-well organised. Not my first order from Ioui, I highly recommended it!

The products look better on the website. In reality the scarves are thiner, the don’t look so nice. The quality is lower than I expected

I bought 2 beautiful scarves and I'm so happy with their product choices and their service. Both scarves are a light breezy cotton and perfect for summer. I love them both so much I can't decide which one to wear. I'll definitely shop there again, and I'm looking forward to their silk or cashmere scarves for the fall and winter!

Scarf is sublime, I dreamed of it but found it too expensive, so when I saw it on sale it was like a gift. I received it very quickly, beautifully packaged in a home-made bag.
I love it, the colors are magnificent, as beautiful for summer as they are for winter.
Keep on making beauties, they're a long way from the first ones that didn't have the class of those now.

Écharpe est sublime, j’en rêvais mais je la trouvais trop chère, alors quand je l’ai vu en solde c’était comme un cadeau. Je l’ai reçue très vite, très bien emballée dans un sachet de la maison.
Je l’adore ,les coloris sont magnifiques aussi beaux pour l’été que l’hiver
Continuez à faire des beautés, elles sont loin les premières qui n’avaient pas la classe de celles de maintenant.

I am a fan of your scarves. In my small town (Ferney-Voltaire, France) until it closed recently, there was a store that carried your scarves and I have 3 of them. I didn't know what to get for a friend's present, as now it's possible to get everything everywhere and she has everything anyway. So I wanted to get something from France that she wouldn't know about. I even got something on sale. Love your scarves.
