IN OUR ELEMENT are a not-for-profit social enterprise dedicated to empowering young people through impactful alternative education programmes. Our mission is to connect, inspire, and transform lives by delivering meaningful, creative, and practical interventions. We also provide a range of other outdoor programmes to education settings, social services and community groups. Since 2015 we have been providing a wide range of programmes including outdoor Alternative Provision, Forest School, Curriculum Enrichment, Wilderness Therapeutic Interventions, Wellbeing In Nature Programmes, family events and children's holiday activities. We can accredit learning on our programmes by facilitating the AQA Unit Award Scheme, WILD Passport and associated L1 Awards, and the National Outdoor Learning Award (NOLA). We are an ITC First Centre and currently deliver their Food Hygiene for the Outdoors (L2) award. We are the delivery partner for Green Man Learning covering South Wales delivering their WILD Passport Practitioner (L3) training programme. We are a delivery partner for eQe Outdoors and deliver their various Wilderness Therapeutic Practitioner (L2) programmes. We also run a variety of bushcraft skills and other CPD courses. We provide bespoke corporate team building events and consultation services. We have a base in South Wales near Swansea and also Oxfordshire. We can also travel to deliver our various programmes if requested.
