Excellent shoes, really comfortable from the start Strong feel like they’ll see me through all sorts of terrain . Great for rough walking and trail runs but also okay around town.

Community love and passion at the heart ♥️ of what they do.
So friendly and welcoming and inspiring.
I feel encouraged to do more running and getting out after talking to the staff. Passionate about being active and know about the products they sell.
They engage positively giving me information about runs/ groups me and my husband could join.
It has a community feeling in the shop and that’s really lovely.

Excellent shopping experience
The salesperson was excellent thanks.
Gave clear explanations and understood exactly what my needs were.
They provided advice but were not pushy.
The shop had calm ambience about it- perhaps the lighting and space.
It made me want to return next time I need sports kit.

Great service
Great service and parcel arrived in time. We called in at the Sheffield store and staff were brilliant. They didn’t have the size in store that we needed but they gave great advice on how to buy what we needed online. Will be going back to the store very soon!!

Purchase of Mudtalon shoes
I went to buy a pair of Mudtalon running shoes. The assistant was extremely helpful and patient as I tried another size just to check and then bought the original pair. She was also a runner which meant she understood the needs of customers. We had a discussion about the RSR last weekend. This is the second time I’ve purchased in this store and will do so again.

Excellent service and always with a smile
I have popped in a few times, this was my first purchase. As always the team were very happy, helpful and knowledgeable. It was easy to find what I wanted and the lady serving me gave me plenty of time and despite being the last customer near the end of the day I wasn't rushed.

Great service
I'd bought a pair of fell shoes in May and had done less than 100 miles in them. They had started to fall apart. The shop exchanged the with no fuss - apologising for the inconvenience and saying that it was the first pair of that model they'd seen fail like that.
Fantastic service. I'd recommend Inov8 shoes to anyone and the Sheffield shop to anyone local.

Great Service and Product
Popped into the Sheffield store today to look for some she's for CrossFit. The staff took time to understand what I was looking for asking sensible questions to guide me. There was no pressure to buy and some different shoes were given to me to try. The shoes I chose were really comfortable and functionally spot on. The cost of the shoes is very reasonable and good value for money. All in all a great experience with really friendly and knowledgeable people. Definitely recommend.
