Good balance between supportive compression and ease of movement. Handy side pocket for phone, gels, etc and useful zipper pocket in the back for keys, cards, etc. Very comfortable waist band with drawstring tie although the fit is so perfect (5’8”, waist 33, medium size) haven’t had to use this. Wearing these over a pair of Runderwear shorts so everything stays in place and no chaffing. Very pleased.
