Edit: seems I submitted a duplicate review. I hadn’t noticed that my first review was posted. Feel free to delete. Been using these 4 weeks. I’m a 64 yr old female. I wear these for strength training, functional fitness, and plyometrics. like these much better than the prior version. The toe box is much wider. They have a good sock like feel and some lateral and heel support.The upper is lightweight. I love the thicker Boomerang insole. It gives my achy joints a bit more cush. I get enough ground feel but YMMV. You could prob swap it out for a thinner insole but keep in mind it will increase the shoe volume. I have a high instep and there is good volume for me whereas I don’t need to use an alternative lacing method. Finally, I love the dusty red/blue color. I hate bright colors, esp red, but I like the muted red and have gotten compliments. Aesthetically, they are way better than a well-known “”zero” minimalist shoe and, in my experience fit better in the midfoot. Wish there were a couple more colorways. Thanks, Inov-8!

My favorite "barefoot" shoe now that the toe box has been widened. (I tried the previous version 210 v3 and returned.) I'm in my 60s and use this shoe for weight lifting, functional fitness, and low level plyometrics. The Boomerang insole is cushy, much more so than the typical thin stock insoles in many shoes. It gives just enough cushion for jumping/hopping/skipping activities for my creaky joints. The insole is removable if you don't want that cushion and (imo) the inside of the shoe is smooth and comfortable. (However, if you remove the insole you will need to lace the shoes tighter. If you have a normal to narrower width you might find the shoe too roomy w/o the insole. YMMV....) The mid foot has a nice glove like fit and decent lateral support for my needs. Good heel support. I like the upper material as compared to the previous version. I love the overall aesthetic! (If you hate the ugly Xero shoes, look no more.) Looks much better in person than online. I got the Dusty Red/Blue. I typically buy black or grey shoes but the black wasn't available. I do not like typical feminine or flashy colors. The Dusty Red is nicely muted and the blue multi sole is an awesome combo. Wish you had a few more color options like the mens shoes. Thanks for not making a pink or pastel shoe! The price point was good as well if you just can't bring yourself to pay for Vivo's.

For men with big bottom i would reccommend size bigger
I have been trying to find a pair of shorts that do not chafe for YEARS and I have finally found a pair! Will definitely be investing in another pair. They are extremely comfortable, great fit and of course….chafe free. Excellent work Inov8
2nd pair I've now owned. Really impressed 1st pair lasted 3+ years of pretty hard abuse through winter. Great product.
