It's been too cold to get out for any outdoor activities but so far the shoes feel great on a treadmill. Super lightweight, very breathable and comfortable. I have concerns around the longevity as the felt type fabric around the ankle will rub away quickly. The tread pattern is also very shallow. For such a thick sole, I think a deeper tread would be possible. If the shoes last 12 months without tearing a hole in the upper, I'll come back and add a star for quality. Unfortunately Innov8 doesn't make shoes like they did just 5 years ago.

Should let customers know that they run small. You pay for shipping then pay $45 to return, then pay for shipping again for a new pair. Thats about $95.00 in shipping charges.

Thank you for taking the team to leave us some feedback, but we are sorry to hear the F-Fly Max were smaller than you expected. We usually get great feedback regarding the sizing compared to the instructions on the size guide, but we will pass your feedback on.
With regards to return charges, these are advertised on the product page, return page and in the terms and conditions, but we apologise if you didn't see these before ordering. We also offer exchanges and with those, we cover the outgoing shipping costs for the new size, but apologies again if this wasn't clear online.

I feel like the shoes are fairly versatile. However, I have to use lace lock to keep the heel cup from slipping. That is a little frustrating. Overall good shoe to run in, and do some moderate lifting.

Probably the best shoe for Crossfit that I have purchased from Inov8 over the past 10 years. I have one slight issue-the fine mesh covering that forms most of the upper could be of a non transparent material although this would add some weight it wouldn't take away from the heal lift and smugness of fit of the shoe.
