I was recommended the trainer by my podiatrist. She was aware I had an Achilles tendinitis , I also told I stand for many hours in my work so the trainer needed to be suitable for both.Also Inov8 advertise it as a gym shoe. So far it has had an un desired effect on my Achilles and glutes. They are comfortable but if I ware them for any length of time, the following morning my Achilles are more painful than when I was wearing a conventional trainer. I have put in a heel wedge as well.

All our shoes are neutral and don't offer specific areas of support, but the insoles are removable so you can add your own orthotics if required. If your heel wedge isn't helping, perhaps there is a different type of orthotic insole that you could try instead?

Misleading sizing guide on website meant that even after sizing up, both pairs of shoes were too short. After I returned the shoes for an exchange through their website, they didn’t action the exchange until after I followed up with them multiple times over the span of a month. Because of their delay, and them putting the relevant items on sale for Black Friday, the items then weren’t in stock. Even then they still didn’t refund the whole amount I’d paid, instead withholding some of it for the privilege of returning the items, and having them hold onto my money for a month
Well rounded shoe, lightweight and stable.

I wanted to love them, cheap overall feel and undersized fit, weird rubbing on heel and inconsistencies in feel from left and right shoe. I was hopeful and had looked at lots of competing shoes. Forced to wear them until I can justify another $150 gamble

Perfect shoe for doing all around workouts. Heavy lifting and functional/dynamic movements. The shoe is perfect for that.

Very good shoes but I returned them as they were too wide for me.
The right shoe has an uncomfortable tight spot on top of my foot above big toe heading back to leg I hope maybe I’m contacted and this is made right 🤷🏼♂️ if it wasn’t for this they would be amazing as the left foot is perfect

I am a lifetime user of the Inov8 products: fell running, long distance walking, indoor rowing and weights. These new F-Lite Max Mens follow in a long line of excellent 'trainers', and I am delighted. I bought the 'wide' version and from lacing system to support to comfort they are thoughtfully well-designed. On the administrative side, I found that Inov* use top of the range delivery companies.
