These shoes are awesome, most comfortable workout shoes I've used to date and I've used multiple shoes for functional fitness/crossfit. Great grip for workouts, very flexible and a wide fit totally recommend.

Expensive, strangely small, & zero cushion. I've been searching for new shoes for Crossfit and had heard great things about Inov-8. Approaching the 30day mark and I want to send them back but unfortunately the buyer has to pay return shipping. The shoes look great and very well built. Have the feel of a lifter more than an all around CF shoe. Jumping rope was uncomfortable...zero cushion in forefoot...like a lifter. Running was a little bit of a surprise because the heel cup is structured (like a lifter) but there is a little cushion in center heal. I'm 10.5 in most shoes...these feel small and although the shoe is nice and wide the top of the shoe feels snug (will probably break in after time) and toes are hitting the front. The net...great for lifting...but I already have lifters.

The F-Lite Max is a high performance cross training shoe designed for heavy lifting and keeping you stable, but they do also work for cardio as they are cushioned.
Returns are a charged for service and we do state this on the product page, returns page and in the terms and conditions, but apologies if this was missed before you ordered.
We ask shoes to only be worn indoors on a clean surface as we usually don't accept returns of shoes that are worn outdoors, but we will ask our customer care team to get in touch with you via email to see if they are able to help further.

Awesome shoes. My new favorite gym shoe. I will definitely buy again. I love the room in the toe box for my feet to spread. They are also not to stiff and you can still use them to walk in. Great product and worth the cost.

Great shoes but!! I’ve had 10 pairs of Inov 8 shoes all size 10.5 and perfect fit where these are a bit tight on me and seem much firmer than other shoes I’ve had. Hoping they soften up!

This shoe works really well for me in the gym. The activities shoes usually fail on me is running and lifting weights but not the F-Lite Max. My first 10km run in them was like wow! i could have done another 10 km :) The wide-fit suits me perfect, toes have room but still have a snug fit.

The need for new CrossFit shoes drove me onto the web and led me to Innov8. The shoes are very light but seem very strong. Support where needed for lifting and flexible for jumping. The wide base helps me gain balance by spreading my toes when lifting. Injury means I haven’t tested them for running. They look great and feel great. Mission accomplished.

I wanted to like these shoes but had fit issues. They are super solid when squatting, but I personally wouldn't run a 400 in them. The heal and midfoot were excellent with the exception being the heel cup is too short for lateral support. It feels like the heel will slip out during lateral movement. I wear a size 10 in metcons, but sized up to a 11 for a nearly identical length in the F max. The width in the forefoot was too wide , and I normally wear a 2E width shoe. The midfoot width was perfect. There was also too much volume in the forefoot for my preference. I may like their "standard" width shoe better as it should be 5mm less in width, and hope they come out with that version for the fmax in the future. The rope guard on the shoes looks impressive, but didn't have the opportunity to test.

Nice wide toe box and fits great throughout the mid foot and heel. Lightweight with excellent grip. Upper is very comfortable and breathable. Great looking cross training shoe. Excellent stability and is excellent for lifting heavy weights. My go to for leg day. Excellent for all leg workouts free weights and machines. I did size up 1/2 size per the reviews. The fit is perfect.
