Great shoe, but the sizing is way off. I sized up as I always do, and one shoe fits as usual while the other is too small. Of course I wore them out and can't return them now.

Got these for strength training and lifting, and they do not disappoint! I'm a long term fan of Inov8 and the functional, low stack soles especially help my flat feet with control and ground feel for lifting. Wouldn't choose these for longer runs, but they are fine for short and interval runs on the treadmill. Only minor issue is very narrow laces which make it a bit hard to get laces tight, and fit around heel could be tighter too for my personal liking.

To help make the heels feel a bit tighter, we would suggest to try a lace lock as that should keep your heel nice and secure inside the shoe.

I use F-Lite Max for my cross training. They are very comfortable, great width in the toe box for my one foot with a bunion, stable/supportive, don’t come up too high and provide great heel support. I like them so much I bought a second pair.

I loooooove this shoe! I have 3 pairs of the older version and have always been a big fan. I bought the F-Lite Max in 1/2 a size bigger after reading advice to size up, but I wouldn’t recommend it... they’re too big. In the future, I’ll stick with my original size. I regret keeping them in the half size up, as the fit just isn’t quite right for me. Still, the shoe itself is fantastic, just be careful with the sizing! I really hope they keep making them in cool colours… maybe even purple??

I bought these shoes based on the wide toe box. The customer service team was extremely helpful in determining the best size to order. However, every time I wear them to train in, they blow my back up by the end of the session. Unfortunately, I had to wear them in a session to know, but I'm heavily disappointed that they didn't suit me. I had really high expectations and loved everything about them except the discomfort they created. Back to the expensive drawing board.

I sized up to the .5 and it is perfect for my very wide feet, I haven’t found a CrossFit shoe that does it all and still keeps the width needed. I’m really happy with how it feels and performs. The grippy inner sole is cool too

We're sorry to hear your new F-lite Max did not work for you. Although we don't currently offer the shoe in a standard fit, we may look to introduce new fits in the future. I got these as my old gym shoes were absolutely worn to the bone. I had seen good reviews of these shoes and the brand. So I decided to leave my old gym shoe brand, and try these shoes. Honestly feels like the shoes are made from cheap material. The design is cute, and their wide shoes are in fact a good wide. They lack good tread, and I have in fact slipped in the gym doing things I never had an issue with when wearing my previous brand. The shoe laces are constantly coming undone while I am doing sprints or jump roping. Ill wear these until they're worn down, because I paid good money for them. But I was disappointed in the quality and performance of the shoes and won't be buying again.

Love these trainers! I bought them to do an AthX event, and hadn’t worn them at all before doing it. Put them on for the first time on the day, the fit was perfect and they were super light. Great for lifting, running and the metcon - cardio, weights, box jumps and burpees, I can honestly say they are the perfect all round shoe!
