These shoes are super comfortable and I feel really secure running downhill through mud, rocky paths and grass. I did find a slight heel slip when I fist out them on but I laced them using the heel lock and have had zero issues when running.
I bought the wide and had to go a size up on my usual size. The shoe is comfortable, feels light and springy underfoot. I feel I can run with confidence in slippery conditions
