Great for purchase on muddy and uneven ground. They have changed my winter trail running/ canicrossing experience and I am much more confident and faster on this kind of ground now. No slippage at all

The traction is amazing! You could run on an ice rink with these. Traction was improved even on soft snow mobile tracks going uphill. I ran down a steep ice sheet of a hill no problem. The only issue I have is that I wish they were a bit more flexible & the left shoe is hurting my metatarsals after two longer runs. I believe it's due to the lack of flexibility. I'm hoping they will break in because I wouldn't be able to run without them. Days are warm, mornings are well below freezing so the snow, especially where traveled over, has become an ice sheet.
