My second pair of inov8 trainers and very pleased. Look and feel great with plenty of cushioning. Online advice always good and a quick and easy delivery. When I have ordered trainers in the past that haven’t been suitable, returning and refunding always been easy. As woman runner who has suffered with bruised toenails causing nail loss the larger toe box has been a godsend. Iam a size 8 but have gone up a whole size taking me to a 9. My only disappointment is now being in a size 9 I cannot have the nice colours from the woman’s range. If woman’s sizes could include 9s I would be extremely happy 😃.

Excellent for easy and long runs during which the shoes were barely noticeable as I progressed through the runs. I’ll reserve further judgement until I’ve completed a couple of hundred kilometres. Build quality looks decent, however I do have one negative comment and that is the lace length; I tie my shoes using the heel lock method, and find that they are about 10cm too short. My solution was to use my old Brooks shoe laces in these new shoes! So come on Inov8 stop penny pinching and supply laces a little longer.

I normally run on the trails, but have recently been doing some road running, all my trail shoes are INOV8 and have been excellent, so thought I’d keep with the brand. First run today in the Roadfly max….loved them. Lightweight, cushioned but stable and connected and a really responsive ride when I wanted to pick up the pace. Early doors, but first impressions, these are a really good shoe.

I have bad foot issues and have found these are the best shoes out there for anyone like myself as well as workers and athletes. I own different pairs of Invo8 ranges and need good cushion shoes that fit my orthotics plus give ankle support due to arthritis and have worked hospitality and NDIS Support worker so spend 8-16 hours a day on my feet. When you know you can put on brand bee pair and have no issue with them after a long day you know you have the best on the market.

I bought these as my main training shoes and have used them for drills, speed work and a long run. They are comfortable, seem well made and cheaper to buy than my last pair of Brooks. I went for UK9 wide fit after finding the UK8.5 standard (my Brooks size) too snug. I have the Trail Flys and Trail Talons too. Very happy with them all.

Very comfortable and supportive, they don’t feel overly squishy or soft. Wide fit suits me perfectly and they are sized exactly like my other inov8 trainers. First time I’ve tried this model and I’m very happy with it.

The road fly max is outstanding. Extremely comfortable for runs of at least 5 miles. I’m coming off of brooks levitates and adrenalines and this is a good middle ground between those. It’s a very fast shoe, very good for forefoot to midfoot striking. Because of this your calves will feel it for a run or two before you get use to the forward momentum If you’re coming from something with a greater stack height like the adrenaline or an ASICS nimbus both of which I tried over the last few years due to some knee pain but decided to go back to more energy return. Been using them for a month now and I’ll be running a half marathon in them next year. Will definitely be sticking with inov8 because of style, energy return, and comfort.
