The wide toe box sold these to me. I opted for the 'standard' fit, which is perfect even with my relatively wide feet. I've found them really comfortable and responsive without being bulky. Happily found my 'go-to' shoe:)

Immediately comfortable. Spacious toe box. Great fit - size runs slightly big but less than 1/2 size. Smooth run. The only draw back is not being zero drop. I prefer a lower drop shoe but that said these are great shoes.

I'm so pleased with these shoes that I bought a second pair! I got these on the strength of a review in Women's Running, which recommended them for slower runs/runners (that's me), and they have lived up to it. They are very comfortable and the fit is good, I followed the sizing instructions. I would just suggest that if you are at the top end of standard, close to wide fit, think about going for standard as the wide is generous. I think they are very good value for money and I will certainly buy more.

I love these shoes! I've been a fan of the trailfly for years so was really excited to try out the road version, and they were everything I was hoping for. I have wide feet so struggle to find comfortable running shoes but these in wide are perfect. I previously had some Altra escalantes but even they were rubbing on my big toe joint so I'm relieved to finally have some comfortable road shoes. Will definitely be getting more!

Very recent purchase, not yet used 'in anger', so hard to comment tbh. I 1st tried the wide fit, but settled on the regular fit, as these are pretty wide already. They seem ok.

So excited to find a wide fitting option I had to purchase. For the first time in decades I found a shoe that fits me properly and the road feel is very like that offered by the trail and mud runners, i.e. secure on the ground, but with cushion for the harder surfaces. Really pleased.
