Amazing fit and quality

Replaced last year’s which have been worn every other day. Favourite walking shoes.

Really comfy and no blisters even after a marathon 26 mile walk

I have 3 pairs of the Rocfly boots because I love them so much! I originally had a pair of the Roclite boots which I also like but these are the best I have found for hiking long distances. I love that they are so light weight and have the ankle support. I wore these hiking 16miles to the Confluence of the Colorado River and Havasu Creek crossing the creek at least 10 times, so that the shoes were soaked. No blisters or discomfort!! I wore these hiking 96miles on the West Highland Way in Scotland and wear them all the time hiking in the Colorado Rockies. I suggest buying a size larger than you normally wear.

Great boots!

I got these in the sale, so great value for money. Very comfortable and have done a few miles walking in them already. Great for summer walks as not waterproof. I perhaps might like one more eye for the laces towards the mid ankle point, but appreciate they aren't full walking boots.

Lots of room so very comfortable. Made me realise how much my old trainer restricted my feet

So comfortable. Just like trainers but with ankle support.

These are beyond awful. I should have just given up and sent them back the moment I saw them, but I stupidly persevered because Inov8 have a good reputation. I wore them outside and now I can’t send them back. Idiot. On unboxing they look and feel as if they came from a market stall - cheap, shiny, basic. I don't think they’ll last five minutes. They’re oversized - incredibly wide - and there’s no adjustment or friction to the laces. So my foot slides around everywhere. You can’t even tighten them properly around the ankle because the metal parts on the top eyelets align exactly with that pointy bone on the side of your ankle. That’s pain, right there, and a terrible design flaw. There are also flaps of the lining fabric hanging loose inside the shoe - I’m not sure whether I should be cutting them off or sticking them back on with superglue. I’m a Hoka devotee and thought I’d try these because they’re similarly cushioned, but I’ll be going right back to Hoka thanks. Inov8 are supposed to make high quality technical footwear. I don’t know what an earth these are, but they’re not that. If someone from the company fancies getting in touch to sort something out, please do.

This is a super trail boot. Strong enough to walk in on rough ground but cushioned enough to trail run too. Outstanding

Love them I have them in both colours.

So happy I found them as they are simply amazing. Inov8 please never stop producing them!!! These are THE BEST shoes I’ve EVER had! This is the second pair I got. (Well third if you include the GTX 390 I got for wet terrain). The sole is incredible and gives me less leg fatigue, they are wide on the toes and also breathable, and they have great padding on the angles which makes them incredibly comfortable. This specific pair (colour combination of blue with white and coral sole) also look really good (best one from the versions available in my humble opinion) hence I also wear them when I go on longer walks around town etc. I would love to see them being offered in even better colour combinations in the future. :)) Thank you Inov8 for this fantastic product.

I ordered the size that my other hiking boots, my running and tennis trainers and all my shoes are, but these were too small and had to be returned. Very disappointing. I didn't love them enough, even at sale price, to re-order the larger size. Hopefully for other people they are more suitable.

Super comfortable and stable with good ankle roll support

I got these on sale so paid a dramatically reduced price - but I would absolutely pay full price in the future. I got them in a panic after sustaining metatarsalgia in both feet whilst also needing to train for a multi-day self-supporting hike. Before putting them on, I wasn't able to walk on hard surfaces without using special ball of feet padding. With them, no pain at all. Having them has meant I have been able to both resume normal walking and rest my injured feet to the extent I am almost pain-free. That aside, the shoes are both incredibly light and comfy and the soles feel very robust. I do a lot of hard surface walking (walk home 3 miles from work as a minimum) and nothing survives very long. Whilst I don't plan to continue doing it with these, I am using them while my feet are still tender. Nonetheless, the soles on these look and feel like I would get much more wear out of them than I have done from a variety of other types of shoes. I also took them off-road this weekend and they were fantastically grippy, my ankles felt nicely locked in and boy could I go fast without fatiguing on flats and easy terrain. I am planning to take them to do a 5 day backpacking trip in Sweden later this year and am confident they will help me through it and minimize the chance of triggering my foot injury. These are also the older non-waterproof version, which I actually like and think might be better for summer and for my Swedish trip. I am expecting quite a lot of water and bog. So, frequently wet feet. I am fairly sure that the leather on my waterproof boots stiffens after each round of getting wet and being dried out (esp in drying rooms) and this tightness has contributed to my injury. Whilst I might be more cautious about wet feet in winter conditions, I think the speed with which these shoes are supposed to dry is going to be a huge benefit in wet warm conditions. If only I had had them in Costa Rica last year when I literally had to swim with boots on! In short - I think it is love. If these prove as good as I hope on the trail in Sweden they are likely to become my go-to hiking and backpacking shoes. Even if they do wear a bit faster than traditional hiking shoes and boots (I am tracking the miles on Garmin so we shall see). The comfort is worth it.

These boots are light in weight but sturdy and comfortable. Just what I was looking for and I love the colour.
