Great fit after advice from a salesperson. Tried out in wintery conditions, muddy underfoot, plenty of tree roots and loose scree. They feel very stable on scree which is great and they're very grippy in the wet. They also seem to propel you forwards due to the curved sole design. There's plenty of room for toes to spread without feeling too big and the ankle is very well supported. Only gripe is that the seam at the tongue gusset rubs but this was relieved with a bit of rearranging and hopefully this will bed in. Delighted with these so far.

I have Plantar Fasciitis and need to choose footwear very carefully. My husband is a fell runner and swears by Inov8, he doesn’t run in anything else! This brand was an obvious choice and I researched my choice of 3 boots for the best option for my Plantar Fasciitis. This pair has extra support and cushion around the heal which is extremely comfortable and the wider toe means there’s no stubbing. These boots have honestly made a huge difference and I now wear them for work, as I stand all day in a pharmacy. My legs don’t ache as much and I’m back to walking for fitness. My physio also approves of these boots and endorses Inov8 as a brand. They feel like slippers on my feet! The best hiking boots I’ve ever had.

I took the advice to go up a whole size, which was the perfect advice. The wide fit have plenty of room for my broad feet. They're light and have been really comfortable from day one. So far I've only worn them on a few muddy dog walks but absolutely no issues so far and am looking forward to trying them out on a longer walk soon.
