This was a replacement for my Roclite™ G 345 GTX v2. I'm not convinced, unfortunately. For trips in the European non-alpine mountains, the new Mid are over the top. The 345 were perfect - a little bit protection but still light and flexbile as possible. That said, there MID are not bad at all, but more hiking boots than upgraded trail runners.

I'm very pleased with these boots- risked going on hikes on Skye new from the box but not a problem and my feet stayed cosy and dry despite sinking into bogs,being drenched by rain and trekking over slippery rock.Thank you!

These are excellent boots if, like me, you have wide feet. Very light and comfortable and so far they have kept my feet dry. I already owned a pair of the shoe version, which are the most comfortable I have ever owned, and the grip on the sole of both is excellent. Highly recommended! The sizing is small though; I am a UK6 in most footwear, but in Roclites I am a UK7.

Brilliant traction - comfortable straight out of box - sure footed in slippery mud and wet rocks - GREAT TREAD DEPTH - nice toe room yet tight reassuring sure fit around arch with lace tension, then ankle lugs allow u to slack or tighten ankle as preferred. Also I chose the light colour and they dry quickly and all mud seems to dissappear when dry! Brilliant 👌

Basically the product is good, but there is a slight fold or ridge inside the second top lacelock on the right boot that was rubbing on the inside of the ankle. This occurred on two pairs of boots (size 5 1/2) which have been returned but not on my husband's size 9, with which he is very happy.

Fantastic boots. Have worn them now on several walks / hikes in the Peak District and the Chiltern Hills on various terrains and in different conditions: wet/muddy, reasonably dry and snowy. Super comfortable, feet warm and dry, good feel on the ground. Chris at Bakewell store was really helpful.

That seam on the heel is bane of my existence. I couldn't walk 10 steps without pain. It's much better after I've rip it out. In general shoes are quite comfortable, mainly because of the shoe insert. There's not much space for toes and shoes looks cheaply made. I wouldn't reccomend them.

I love the amount of room in the toe box. I have short but wide feet so I struggle to find comfortable footwear. These however are a great fit. The first time on I wore for a 4 mile hike without any problems. I live in the Lake District and I have continued to wear daily for dog walking and hiking and they are proving to be waterproof and comfortable. As I believe others have mentioned the sizing runs small so I did need to go up a full size.

I wear an 8.5 in most athletic shoes (normally 8 in other shoes), and have a wide forefoot. Also trying to transition to low drop shoes, so was really excited to see these shoes that have a mid-heel drop and a "wide" foot-shaped toebox. I ordered an 8.5 and a 9, since I don't know my size in this brand (i did measure the width to make sure I was within the size parameters) Unfortunately the 8.5 is both too short and too narrow, and the 9 is too narrow for a cushioned sock. I also found the toebox to be a bit shallow. I'm returning them both and I'm pretty bummed because the shoes seem well-made. I think these will work great as a roomy option for a narrower foot.

Fantastic boots! Very light, the new design with the wider toe area is genius, while still feeling very stable around the heel and ankle. I’ve been on various longer and shorter walks over varying terrain in my new boots, I’ve found them to be extremely comfortable throughout. It’s very clear inov8 put a lot of thought into the design of their products, never disappoint.

I have worn Innov8 boots for quite a while as I can get a wide fit and a rocker sole action as well as a cushioned sole which suits my feet. These are a new style as I was wearing rocfly and these are well made with the good grip I expect .So far so good and I expect the will be as durable as my others
