Like theses gloves, I was between sizes, went for the smaller side and it fits well because stretchy. Thinner than I thought so my not hold up on very cold days for me on bike but can be worn under my thicker mittens. Good for walking in cold weather.

Never received product, customer service was awful

Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback, but we are sorry to hear you haven't received your product and you found our customer service bad.
After speaking with the team, they have replied to each of your emails, but they haven't heard back from you after they replied on 19/11. They did apologise again that they weren't able to change the original delivery address that was inputted when the order was placed, but your order had already been shipped before you contacted them with the address change request.
In our teams last email, they asked if you would be able to visit the address that was inputted on the order as it is a 3 minute drive from the desired delivery address. We apologise if you didn't receive this email, but we have asked the team to resend it so it should be with you soon. If you don't have it, please check your spam folders as their emails can sometimes be filtered there.
Apologies again for the experience you have had, but if you do need help to set up a return once you have collected your parcel, please let the team know as they are there to help.

Love these gloves, I really feel the cold in my fingers so prefer mitts but these lobster type gloves give some extra dexterity whilst keeping my hands comfortable, hope Inov8 continues to make them!

Using them on the bike, working well
Very comfortable and lightweight gloves. I have severe Raynauds and these are not what you could call warm by any means, but great walking/hiking gloves allowing a reasonable level of dexterity, which was what I wanted.
Great fit - remains to be seen if they r warm enough as the season progresses
Great gloves and sizing is perfect
Great warmth and comfort Touch screen finger tips could work better
I do like these gloves with their quirky design and the non-slip grips makes scrabbling over rocks easy as I can get a better grip. The only downside would be that they aren't waterproof and so aren't great for keeping you dry but now that I know that, I have other gloves to do that job and these for the rocks or dry, chilly days
