Their delivery staff do not even attempt home delivery.

Unfortunately, like nearly all the courier services in Spain, InPost cannot be relied upon for home deliveries. Even if you are waiting at home all day, you will just suddenly receive a message saying they couldn't deliver. No one calls you, no one rings the door bell, no one speaks to the building concierge, nothing at all. They claim the address is wrong, even though it is clearly entirely correct. No option is provided to subsequently recover the item from a depot or store, and there is no email or telephone number to contact inpost for assistance. Ultimately the parcel is lost. Could not be a bigger failure.

More than a week to deliver

From final destination agency in A Coruña to place about 20 minutes away is taking longer that other orders from china delivered by ecoscooting, which is way better for example. It is on delivery for 7 days with no updates.

The package arrived partially opened

The package arrived partially opened, and the box inside had also been opened. It was clearly done intentionally to check the contents. The only reason nothing was stolen is probably because it contained cat food — otherwise, I’m quite sure the package would have been taken.

horrible

I live 30 km from barcelona - the parcel arrived in barcelona at 13.5. - as the delivery point (that was assigned by inpost) in mataró was not available it took INPOST 7 days to deliver it to another delivery point. how can that be - it took more time to get this parcel from Italy-Barcelona via INPOST , than other parcels that i receive from China via aother companies.

Best lost prevention management ever seen

I reached out to Joaquin Saez as a last resort while trying to resolve a complex shipment issue that standard customer support channels could not help with. My package was lost and customer support has a limited visibility on the location and status

From the very beginning, he demonstrated remarkable ownership, professionalism, and persistence in following up and providing updates throughout the process. Beyond being highly competent at what he does, he was also genuinely thoughtful and supportive as a person.

It’s rare to come across someone who combines operational excellence with such a strong human approach. Best approach I have ever seen. Inpost - good job for hiring the real talents.
