A disappointing experience with InPrint
A disappointing experience with InPrint. I contacted InPrint last week to hear if they could print out a few fliers for an event my colleague is attending in London. The person whom I spoke with noted that someone else handed these matters, and promised they would call me and took my name and number. Several hours later no one had called me, so I contacted them again. After agreeing on what needed to be done and by when, we sent the files for printing. Our contact was out on the day, which he did not let us know even though he knew we were on a deadline, nor did he put a colleague in touch with us to cover for him while he was out. He just never responded. After the weekend, still no answer, so we contacted them again. The response was "Our production is fully booked today. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause". When I called to follow up, he then noted that their printer was down and there was nothing he could do. He certainly did not note this in his message to us which I have copied and pasted from his email, nor did he proactively reach out to let us know what was happening. My colleague is leaving for a client event tomorrow in the UK, and there is no one who is able to print for us now as it is too late. Extremely poor communication/service.
