At first pricey, but actually so worth it!
At first I thought your hoodies are very expensive and I was worried if it is worth. But oh it is! I got 2 hoodies for friends of mine and they can't stop wearing them haha! They find them soft, a bit baggy but not too baggy so that's somewhat cozy, and very comfortable alltogether. The print on the hoodies is exactly as ordered. The packaging was not the best so maybe find a more sustainable solution. I wish you also had a giftbox or giftwrapping option, I would have certainly taken advantage of it, too.

Shirt we're fined, but they were not delivered to the address requested, they were sent to a drop box location which was closed all weekend. The event was on Saturday, so we could not get the shirts until Monday and there was no customer service available. Beware if you're shipping to Belgium.

Not reliable service
Not reliable service. Delivery too late without sending any tracking information. We had to call several times, meanwhile we selected express service. We missed our own deadline and had to pay extra to ship the polos to the final destination. At the end, it was a waste of time and money!

Miss alignment between quality and price.
The quality of the white t-shirt is not good. It's so transparent that, without a t-shirt underneath you are showing your belly button.
The print is an attachment press heated into the t-shirt instead of a print on the t-shirt.
The price is pretty high all things considered.

A budget t-shirt has been chosen, on every page it is indicated what the grammage is and in this case this is not of very heavy quality,
We choose the printing based on the uploaded file.
We have opted for a transfer, because we prefer not to do a DTG print.

Broken Online Print Design functionality
Twice now I have had issues with uploading images for print, there being an issue requiring me to re-send the image via email.
This in turn makes the team "lose" the printed text I also wanted, requiring me to re-send that also.
Request: Please fix your online print-design functionality, there seems to be something broken there.
The team is very helpful to fix the issue, but still, the error shouldn't occur....
