Worst shopping on line ever I am very mad clothing is horrible material cheap asf

I ordered two shirts and one of the shirts came in the mail with a black stain on the front of the shirt and I'm having to wash them right as I got the shirts because they smell worn like body odor .but hey don't listen to me go ahead order something and figure it out yourself .goodluck

Just received an awful looking sweater nothing like I thought I ordered that bad I thought they had sent wrong item. Was going to try and contact them but reading reviews ( wish I had read before ordering) I don’t see any point as it looks like a losing battle. Please don’t order from this company ever

These are crooks running an off-shore illegal business. Do not fall for their beautifully photographed clothes. If you order, as I did, you will receive something similar in type but cheap, flimsy, badly sewn, and of zero quality. To return 3 items would cost me $53 to mail to their returns site in Canada, also a $21 restocking fee. I have decided to donate the goods to the Goodwill and eat the $139 loss I already incurred. The worst part, worse than the clothes, was the NASTY customer service. Rip-offs. Sad, shameful, horrible people. Filing a complaint with the U.S. Dept. of Commerce and the BBB. PLEASE do not do business with them.

I purchased a sweater from this fraud company,item nothing like pictured,stuff packed in the tinest pacel, garbage can't even say quality,cost $65.00 having a nightmare to get my money back.Dont waste time ordering from these crooks

This is the worst company and the clothes are overwhelmingly cheap. I ordered a dress that looked NOTHING like the one on the site. It looked like a rag a sumo wrestler uses. It was clearly used, defective and deformed. Above all else, you have to pay to return it at your own expense, they deduct a restocking fee and they only give you store credit. In addition, they want photos of the item. Really? You and you're company are not that important! Who the hell would re-order anything from them after receiving a piece of junk. This is fraud at its highest level. I'm sure everyone who works there are crooks. I am disputing this charge with my credit card company.

This company has poor business practices. If you want to return, they don't respond. If they do respond they never send you the info for where to return it. Also, I never got a refund. I did some research, and their address is in a warehouse with nobody there. Their products are made in China, and they make their cheap-ass products look nicer than they are. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE RIP-OFFS. YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE IF SOMETHING IS WRONG!

Please ladies do your due diligence, I wish I had taken my own advice. The dresses look wonderful on site”right “ they are not they are cheap looking and items are missing for example I purchased a white dress with a big bow in the back, bow is missing and the dress is so thin you see the color underwear you are wearing and your bra, if that’s the look you want then be my guess. The dress was for an event at church and definitely not the look I wanted. Also I can not get an address to return the item after numerous requests trough emails to do so. This store is a scam the only difference with some scams is that you may not get anything in return, with this company you do get something just not what” You Wanted “

Do not buy from them. The items I purchased were not only poorly made but the straps on the shirt were sawn in different places, instead of shoulder straps it has over the neck straps. Also I didn't realize that when they send me my order verification email they didn't provide me with a order number. I tried contacting them I got 1 email with a link to get a refund but without the order number I can't get my refund. I emailed them like 8 times and they just stopped answering my emails to provide me with the original order number. Now I'm stuck with items I will not wear. So I have to figure out how to get the refund and they can take their shirts back.

I have never seen a more unprofessional company in my life. I've been trying to get a refund on an item. I included an item number and description as requested. Response from site that it's an incorrect. I've screen shot the item and sent several emails and texts without any response. I will be contacting my back to dispute the charge. FYI it's almost 30 days in which time, no refund will be granted. Gonna report them to the Better Business Bureau as well.

Do not purchase anything from the company the clothing is poorly made. I material is cheep. Customer service is awful, you can’t talk to anyone to return. You are stuck with clothing you don’t want. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

This jumpsuit I purchased is not flattering at all. I am a size small, average height, average proportions. The torso is too short and the material feels and looks cheap.
Worse, the customer service of this site is awful, possibly nonexistent. I attempted to cancel the order and got no response or assistance. Was still charged, got this terrible product and still no assistance or response from customer service. I may report to BBB. I don’t recommend this product or this business.

I am terribly disappointed that I did not read these reviews first! How this company has such cute pictures of clothes that are really very poor quality and do not fit, plus took two months to arrive. DO NOT order from this shady company!!!!

I haven't received my order yet. It's been 18 days. Now it's say that there is a delay. Will not be ordering from this company anymore. Don't deserve the 1 star. I rate a double 0

If I could give ZERO stars I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!! although they post cute clothing don't fall into their trap. I ordered a cute top (against my better judgment) I ordered a size 2xl. I am normally a xl. I know from China their clothing is so small so I ordered up a couple sizes. I received it and a baby doll can wear it. I want to return it and they are not answering and phone number cuts off!!!!

Don’t purchase anything from this company!! The product quality is HORRIBLE. Nothing appears as advertised. They are obviously trying to replicate the item in the picture with poor quality material. Total scam! Items took forever to arrive with no invoice or return label. When I requested a return & refund, they sent me a link to PAY to ship the stuff back and each item had a restock fee AND they would only give store credit 🤣 Store credit to buy more crap! Not spending another dime for this SCAM. Shame on this company! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

I waited for this blouse. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE AT ALL!!! This cheep piece of CRAP!!! I threw it in the trash were it belongs!!!!

It took almost a month to receive a pair of jeans that I ordered, I sent numerous emails to the company inquiring what was taking so long. When they finally arrived, they were gigantic. When I tried to return them I was told - are you ready? - I have to pay for the return and they would only give me store credit because it was after the alloted return time. II want nothing to do with this company ever again. I have set up a dispute on my credit card.
