Absolutely terrible quality garments and not as advertised. Everything is poorly made, cheap polyester and poorly cut. Not at all as advertised. I have asked for return instructions. Don't waste your money or time
Really I rather pick no stars if that was possible. I ordered items and paid for rush delivery for vacation. I never got a tracking number, I emailed them and was told the system is done a tracking number will be sent. Now it’s been 13 days I went on vacation and came back still no order. They emailed me and said my items was shipped but still no shipping number. They stopped responding to my email and I still do not have a tracking number. I think this place is a scam. The customer service number is a local number and they offer a toll free number that just disconnects when you call. I am out of clothes and money.
I would give it fewer stars if I could. I should have learned my lesson because every other piece of clothing I’ve bought off of Facebook, Instagram, or through Pinterest has turned out to be crap. The sizes are off, the colors are off, some items didn’t look like the exact same style as in the picture, a couple of items stunk with some toxic chemical that had an oily feel, burned my sinuses and made me dizzy, and don’t get me started on the so-called “customer service.”
In order for something to be returned, it had to be unworn and unwashed. *How are we supposed to tell if it fits if we don’t try it on??* If it’s too small or too tight in one area it can stretch out, becoming unreturnable.
The items are supposed to be unwashed, but rather than go through the hassle of returning something to another country when the smell might simply wash out, I tried washing it.
Repeatedly.
On cold, on hot, with vinegar, after soaking in baking soda — nothing worked.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

UPDATE: Almost two months later, after filing a claim through my bank I did receive my item. I actually really loved the skirt so I changed my review to 2 stars ONLY for the item itself it’s just too bad the shipping was awful and I had to go though so much just to get it.

INS is absolutely awful! The dress that I received looked nothing like the dress in the photo on their website. The material and color were both different as well. I've reached out to their customer service several times over the course of the past month with no response at all. They even saw my chat, but clearly didn't respond. All I wanted was them to provide a return label and refund my money as I was extremely disappointed in the product I received. It was false advertisement and their customer service is awful. Do NOT BUY anything from this company.

I ordered an item on July 20, 2021 and I'm still awaiting its arrival [8.7.21]. The company sent me a "your order has shipped" emailed days later. I called and emailed INS still no response. If I don't receive the item in the next few days I will contact the credit card Company to reverse charges for an item never received. In the future, I will read reviews before purchasing with a new online company. The other reviews said that when they finally received the items they weren't of good quality. Their headquarters appears to be in NJ - it should take over 3 weeks to receive a parcel within the U.S.

Jonathan Hays, my experience had nothing to do with shipping, your company has sent me a FAKE item plus it was also the wrong size! and offered me refund "only if i ship it back on my expense" which will cost me same as the amount I'm disputing, also it turns out that you don't have a return address and i was instructed to ship it to another customer's apartment! my bank will pull back my money from you and will hit you with chargeback fees wait for it!

scammy website if you fell in this trap don't expect paypal to help you they are enabling these shady companies to continue scamming people sending them counterfeit items CALL YOUR BANK IMMEDIATELY they're the only one who can help you. paypal will force you to "pay" to ship the return item (notice the return address is not even their return department, it's another customer's apartment!!!! in another country) they want you to ship wrong item to another customer on your expense!!!! even though merchant obviously and intentionally sent you wrong item and they will make you do the same to another poor customer. please call your bank and always use your credit card not your debit card to be reimbused

I ordered an item and then over a month later got an email that the item had shipped...then another email that the item was no longer in stock. Instead of a refund, INS tried to offer me store credit, which I obviously did not want at this point. I eventually was able to fight for a refund, but what a headache. Do not recommend buying from this company.

My tracking number never worked, I did receive one after I called their customer service line. My earlier email did not receive a response. I am trying to return the items, only because they are the wrong size and am waiting for a response since I can't locate the "return portal" you are directed to utilize to initiate a return per the INS website. Just very disappointed, the clothes and prizes are great.

Pretty quick shipping (12 days after order) but quality of the dress is really cheap, fabric is see through. Looked much better in picture. Would never have bought that dress in a store or even looked at it.

This is an update to the above. I received my package 7/21/2021 and I must say that I’m pleased with the quality and size of my item. However, shipping was slow thus 3 stars.
I would put negative stars if I could!! I placed my order weeks ago and still haven't received it. I've received multiple"your order has shipped" emails on different days. Their online tracking system is BS, says my order doesn't exist. Customer service does nothing, saying they can see anything about your order. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED!!!!!

My items were defective, had holes in them, one of them had a BLOODSTAIN, and they wanted me to not only pay shipping on my return, (more than the cost of one of the items, and also more than it cost to ship them to me) the shipping address they wanted it sent to was literally someone's apartment.... They wanted me to send these holey, bloody, defects to the next poor soul for them, on my dime!! Customer service was rude, unhelpful, and called me names. Ended up escalating to a third party to force a refund and attempt to initiate an investigation into this bull.

We ordered 2 adorable prom dresses that were delivered in decent time, fostering or is from over seas. The sizes were both of and about 2-3 sizes to small. I emailed about returning them and we were already at the 28 day return window. So now we are stuck with 2 dresses that reek of fish! OMG, they smell like a bait store. 😳
