I love my inscents waterfall. The inscents cones smell good, and are relaxing. I'd recommend this to anyone.

The inscents and voo doo doll burner are just awesome. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone that likes inscents.
The inscents are not any ordinary inscents. I'm very very happy with my order.

Bought myself one the decided to purchase 3 more.... One for each kid.... The got another one for my bonus daughter...5 in total .. love that the stick pins are different colors... In each doll....in love with the lavender cone.

Customer service was so pleasant and I would spread the word to anyone about this awesome Waterfall.

Best Customer Support I've had in awhile. A detailed response within minutes by email. Almost no other company has ever provided me an email response that fast.

I ordered then cancelled the order immediately. I contacted the number listed to cancel and spoke to Michael, a very kind and professional representative. He said he would cancel and I'd get confirmation by email. I happened to go into my checking account not even an hour later and my refund was processed that quickly. That is unheard of! I must say I was skeptical not knowing of this company but they are definitely all about good customer service!

I haven't recieved this yet, so I can't review the actual item. However, my shopping experience was rather rough. Once you add it to your cart, they slam you with more and more sales pitches.

They automatically select the most expensive way to ship it ($19.95), splash you with a screen that says only their cones will work in it, then try to guilt you into purchasing a replacement plan. When you reject the add-ons, it says things like "I don't care if you incense burner gets broken" and "I understand no other cones will work". Then they charge you separately for the shipping and add tax to it!

With all of the confusion, I was charged for the highest price shipping, which was the same cost as the little burner itself, bringing my price to almost $45! When I contacted customer service, they took my shipping down to the $6.99 (plus tax, which is crazy), so this is why I gave them 3 stars and not just 1. At least they promptly fixed the shipping charges.

As for if regular cones will work in this or not, I have no idea yet.

Very friendly customer service. Understood my problem and offered very generous discount to make it an enjoyable service. Highly recommended!

This company has MANY websites with the same product. Answered an ad on Facebook. They did the same thing to me as they have done to several others - charged me for items I did NOT order. I wasn't even on the website anymore when the second order was sent to PayPal. Thank goodness for PayPal or I would have been out almost $100!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Watch out for any site with Inscents* in their name that has to do with incense waterfalls. Check the profiles of the positive reviewers....

I had made a order and by mistake some else got on it that I did not want. I was pretty upset. But this customer service rep help me and made sure it was taken off.
