Got this for my husbands 50th- he (& I absolutely adore it) …. My only issue is the €20 customs I was charged on top of the purchase & delivery price. Maybe this should be mentioned in the website that customs is extra of delivering to Rep of Ireland. Absolutely stunning product though. Than you so much

The engraving is good although smaller than I expected. I do understand why but I had wrongly assumed that the bar on this bracelet was bigger than it is. It is very narrow. This is a gift for my husband using writing from our late daughter.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, we are so sorry to hear of your disappointment. Unfortunately writing styles will have an impact on the size in which we can engrave. We extract the exact handwriting and reduce the size in scale to fit the size of the chosen item, so if there are tall or looping letters, this will dictate the overall size of the engraving. Should an engraving be illegible we would contact prior to engraving to recommend an alternative message or request a change to the provided image(s), for production to have proceeded with your order they will have deemed it legible, although potentially smaller than average.
